Fantastic Priduct

I’m a little worried about some of the one star reviews were the washing machine breaks down after the warranty expires. I did not take a chance on the extended warranty. I love the Wi-Fi setting where it would alert you when your load is finished through a SmartThings app. So far so good with no issues and my clothes are coming out very clean, especially the whites! I highly recommend it!

Its definitely quiet, intelligent and has all the required features/settings someone might need.

The needed upgrade

On the first wash, I was extremely satisfied that my clothes were no longer soaking wet. Its quiet and efficient. My parents love it. Just be aware there is abit more maintenance than a top loader.

Good so far, long term no experience

It’s hard to rate a NEW appliance, ask me 5 years from now. The lid had a good size dent in it, don’t really know how it got there. I’ll see how it goes. I expect 10 years of reliable service. I only use it 2 times a week.

Nice music!

It is fingerprint resistant, but dust clings to it and with the dark color it is very noticeable. I haven’t had any issues yet with the quality of the washing. I like the music at the end of the wash cycle better than a loud buzz!
