At first I was apprehensive about the reviews regarding the spin cycle. spin cycle to me is quiet yes it's powerful but it does not disturb me while I'm working or sleeping. I really don't notice it and it's so quick! I definitely recommend

After having to go to the laundry mat and the inside is as big as the washing machine that I used there. All I have to do now is go downstairs and I can do my laundry.

If you're upgrading from an older model dryer (as I was) it may take you a while to get used to the electronic controls. And, if you stack it and you're a short person (as I am, 5'3") buy a stool. You'll need it to read and use the controls until you get used to them. I'm very happy with the dryer.

We love our new washer and dryer. The reason with I gave 3 stars is because of the delivery of the product (I am guessing best buy use 3rd party delivery/installation option). I was charged for the installation of the equipment and when the deliver guys showed up, it seems like they were just least interested in having them install. They looked at the connection knob and said we are not able to remove that (didn't even try) and gave really hard time to my wife. We ultimately had to call our neighbor to help out since my wife is not very handy, and our neighbor was able to do it in less than a second. It is just horrible that you pay for something and have to do it yourself.

Took some getting used to but have come to love this machine. Even the musical tones are looked forward to now. Don’t forget to level the machine correctly or it may walk on you. The duct kit is very easy to install and helps with different wall configs.
