Works like a champ they installed it pretty fast ordered it in store a nice lady help me out much respect for her patience with us asking hella questions

So in my mind, you do not need a WI-FI washer and you do not need the stands. In my opinion. So this is a well made washer, the best one in my mind for about 600-700. It is smooth and is so efficient you use much much less laundry detergent. I have had it a month and I can recommend this washer to you or someone that I know.

Very little noise and very good work. It is quite large and convenient to save water and electricity.

I returned both the washer and dryer. With in the first week the washer got stuck on the spin cycle.. I thought it might be a one time thing but it did it again and then it started getting real loud during the spin cycle. It was in my window to return and I was not going to take a chance on keeping them. Also the amount of water left in the door seal and the door seemed flimsy.. just did not think this was going to last very long.

We first got the open box washer even though we ordered brand new, after few days we got the brand new washer installed. Buying experience from best buy is always good except delivery experience where you have to careful cheers. Cheers!

I've have owned this washing machine for about a month and i have to say its a good washing machine it replaced a maytag top load washer that was a major lemon from day one this one senses how much clothing is in it and adds the right amount of water compared to the maytag.

Great washer, easy to set up. Plays a long jingle when done. If buying an open box, due remember to remove the transport bolts.

My first front load washer. So far, very easy to use and I appreciate not having to bend since it's on a pedestal. It's wash cycle is quiet. I was surprised at the specific guidelines for which HE detergent to use. I had been using HE detergent with baking soda and the guidelines say not to use this type of detergent.

This Samsung dryer replaced an older version and I'm happy with the upgrades. It's quieter, the bin is larger, and its even more efficient than the previous one with less drying time needed. I worried that the new bells and whistles would be intimidating but, in reality, I had no problem adjusting.

Working fine and quiet. There was one time it's giving me a SUD error, then I tried w/ rinse only option but the SUD symbol still displayed. Finally I solved it by unplugged the power and plugged it back then the symbol is gone. The manual doesn't show instruction about this though.
