We needed a new high efficiency, stackable, front loading washer that was within our budget. This fit the bill. It is doing an excellent job and we were able to stack it with our dryer.

Pretty quiet and simple look and use. I am loving it

This is great, especially for the money. It has less options than I am used to but it more than gets the job done and does so quietly. My one complaint is that most of the cycles are longer than my old electrolux. I probably wouldn't have bought it if covid had not caused shortages on so many models but I'm glad I did.

We have been using these Samsung for our rental places several during the years and never got issues. These are great for the small places. We can recommend these for all. Not our first and not tha last one either.

Excellent delivery, the product came in without any issues. Works great, so far so good.

I like the look and it washes very well. The problem is that it shakes like mad during the spin cycle. You can hear it from across the house even if we adjust the spin to medium. We had it installed by BestBuy. Over all, it’s a good value if you don’t mind the loud noise during the spin cycle.

Good dryer big enough to comforters and pillows recommend

We usually do “like for like.” Our other Samsung had steam. We sometimes used it. This model does not but we haven’t missed it. We had our venting cleaned before the new unit was delivered and have been impressed by the “quickness” of our new dryer. Very please with the purchasing process also.

Did get this as a gift for my mother and she’s loves it no issues so far it’s been a couple weeks now and it’s leaps and bound over her 8 year old washer/dryer and coming from Samsung I’m sure the quality will carry over the years. Cleans the clothes really good, kills bacteria according to the specs and not noisy at all.

Nice quality, quiet operation, user interface is easy to understand

We have only been using the washer now for a day, but so far so good! At first it was shaking A LOT! Then we did a little research and realized we hadnt removed the shipping bolts or attached and leveled it properly to the pedastal(which we bought separately). Once we removed the shipping bolts, clamped the feet of the washer to the pedastal, and leveled the feet of the pedestal out, it stopped shaking violently lol. We were able to find info on how to do this on YouTube!

This has been a great purchase to date. All of the features/guidance on this washer make it easy to handle multiple loads during wash days.

Got a great deal on both the Samsung Washer & Dyer. So far they good and quite. Love the features that weighs your close to see and estimates your washing time. And the dryer will stop ones close are dried even if its set for a longer time period.

The Samsung gas dryer is an excellent dryer and gets your clothes DRY , very easy to use , even a caveman cn do it! The most difficult part of this purchase was getting someone at Best Buy to take the order ! Which is typical of Best BUY service, you are lucky to find someone to help!

Front load washers are the best...and this one is the best we have ever owned. We have owned several front load washers in the past 25 years, even a few commercial grade washers, but this Samsung preforms the best.

Drys faster than my old dryer can hold a large amount of clothes

A device where the price quality is noticeable. Silent in its operation. Economic in expenses. Only, you will be silenced by the amount of sound information that it is capable of giving.

Vibrated much more than an electrolux it replaced. Was able to tone it down some with taking time to level it perfectly. still kind of wants to walk at certain speeds of spin. When it winds up and down. Not at an actual speed that it holds at. Also door design is pretty dumb. Drips and couple ounces of water if you open door right after a cycle has ended. Enough to leave a small patch of water. ~5in x 5in. Either wipe it as you open or be lazy like me and open it after the water has dripped internally into the drum. One extra note is that the water actually drops from the detergent area onto the clothes. My electrolux before just filled the drum from the bottom up. Didn't even think of that until I was watching my first cycle this washer.
