The needed upgrade

On the first wash, I was extremely satisfied that my clothes were no longer soaking wet. Its quiet and efficient. My parents love it. Just be aware there is abit more maintenance than a top loader.

It’s hard to rate a NEW appliance, ask me 5 years from now. The lid had a good size dent in it, don’t really know how it got there. I’ll see how it goes. I expect 10 years of reliable service. I only use it 2 times a week.

I like to give reviews once I have had a unit working in excellent condition for over 2 years. However, thus far it seems to be getting the job done efficiency. I do enjoy the singing tune at the end of the cycle.

Its definitely quiet, intelligent and has all the required features/settings someone might need.
