My husband and I love this dryer that goes with the washer we bought! before our clothes would always smell weird or burnt but since we bought this dryer our clothes come out smelling amazing and our clothes are always dry the first time! we are so happy with the choice to get this dryer!

1. The products are solid and high quality. Quiet and can clean well 2. Way too tall to be used as stack-up (i'm 5'2'' and I need to use a stool to see the control panel for the dryer 3. Bad installation experience. They hooked up the water without testing it first (duh...) and messed up the hot/cold water. I ran a cold load and the clothes came out super hot...

This Dryer is pretty good so far and one thing I love the most... very less noise pollution, compared to the ages old washer which was provided by the apartment.. I also liked the lint filter design, it's pretty easy to clean! Purchase & Installation of both Washer & Dryer was a pleasant experience for me.. Best Buy made me very happy..!! Thanks guyz..!!!

Works wonders and drys the clothes very well and fast !

This dryer is great! It dries the clothes well and my dress shirts come out mostly without wrinkles. Good capacity and can fit a big load of towels and dry them with no problem. Like the lint trap because it looks like it catches more than traditional ones. Also, it has the cutest song when your clothes are done.

I read every review for months and decided to purchase this dryer on Black Friday based on the reviews and the price. Notwithstanding the nightmare I had getting it delivered from Best Buy (more on that later) I have been singularly unimpressed with its performance. Its very basic, it does not dry the clothes in the preprogrammed times and I have had to run it on a time cycle a second time in almost every wash I have done. In retrospect I think I should have gone with a dryer with more bells and whistles. I do not recommend buying this dryer, I should have gone with an LG one to match my washer (WHICH I LOVE). Now as to the delivery, I ordered the dryer received a confirmation date and approximate time, I waited all day and then received a voice mail stating that the delivery personnel came to my home and I refused the delivery stating I did not order it. This being completely untrue led me to 5 hours of being placed on hold, disconnected, insulted and finally being told that they would try and deliver in the next 48 hours. I was also promised a credit. At 5:45 am the next day (a sunday) my door bell rang over and over startling us out of a sound sleep. It was BEST BUY delivering my dryer! They scraped the walls taking the old dryer out, did not thank us for the tip and did not switch the swing on the door. I had to force them to come back in to change the vent I had paid for in advance. I did not get the credit. After another 1-2 hours a week later I got the credit. Very disappointed in Best Buy.

After doing an exhaustive review for a front load washer it came down to the nice people in the sales area that took the time to review several options with us. This Samsung packs a lot of features for the price. Getting a front load for less than $500 seemed like a dream. Getting the extended warranty made sense.
