Upgraded our 23 year old washer and dryer. Super sleek set. Has a stackable option if we ever need it. Lots of options for drying. I do wish you could change the sound when load is done, it plays an entire song!

Smooth sailing. After working with a 15 year old washer / dryer, it's amazing to see the differences. Loads dry much faster. Although it doesn't have the bells and whistles of coming with an app, it gets the job done. If my washer / dryer was exposed (not behind a closet or door), I would have gotten the silver or other color because the white just looks plain. But for our purposes, only we will see it and it gets the job done. I'm short and I have to step on my toes to reach the dryer, but that's not a big deal to me. It took a little getting used to the buttons (not push buttons, just hold for start for example) but it's fine.

Simply amazing. Large enough to dry my comforter and handle my daily laundry needs.

Great product. Easy to operate with many features. Dries cloths great and like the filtering system. Have the matching washer and it works great also.

Very pleased! Replaced an older Samsung dryer that I had on a pedestal/drawer that I was going try to use. They were not able to use so we had the new washer and dryer stacked. We stacked the pedestals and put a top on for folding clothes and worked out fantastic!

I got this because it said it had less vibrations and looked like it would be great but it is kind of loud when it spins and its definitely not level i am not sure if a leg was bent when it was delivered or something but it seems to wash my clothes great and i like the self cleaning mode. I will probably get a better one though when i can afford it. I am glad i got 5 year protection on it.

Just bought this dryer and I love it!! The lint tray is my favorite part, as well as drying clothes. Lint tray easy to get in and out and opens so you get all the lint out hassel-free

The machine works very well, tel clothes are very dry quickly, excellent product.

Dryer works. Looks nice. Drying time adjusts based on how dry the items are.

I love not having to bend all the way over to get clothes out if the dryer. I also like the fact that I don't have to stick my head in it to reach the clothes. I like that the vent is right inside and not on top. I like the way it looks over all. We have it on a pedestal, that helps a lot with the height adjustment.

I’m loving my new dryer & the music when completed. Didn’t know I had to purchase stackable equipment until delivery day. Had to reschedule for two additional weeks for delivery. Now it sits nicely on top of my washer.

Dryer time is great. I do wish the inside light was a bit brighter. The dryer lint basket is a bit difficult to open, I can see it breaking in the future just because of the function of the basket . Look at the lint basket, try the one on the floor to see if it is something that you can open. It is difficult for me. I am happy with the purchase. It sings when it is done.

I like the washer and dryer cause they work really good. I love them. I got family members at. They got them too.

I wanted to give this high rating to make sure people saw this so they wouldn't be fooled by other people's high reviews. This is the second dryer that I've gotten from the Samsung stackable line that has had the same issue with heating elements and not stopping when it finishes the cycle. We bought this in November of 2024 on the 21st. The dryer encountered code 3C on May 16th 2025. After checking in the manual what this indicated, I checked the lint vent which was clean, and I checked the exhaust vent and tubing which was also clean. Just left a third issue being the board. I'm on my Best buy Total protection member, and when I contacted the toll free number, they said the trial was not currently covered under the 24 month plan because it was still under the manufacturer's warranty. When I contacted the manufacturer's warranty they stated that I would need to pay $350 because it was a part that was obsolete. When I told best behind they said there was nothing they could do. Highly frustrating experience, will never buy the Samsung Major appliance again.
