What an absolutely beautiful set. Love the modern look and the black stainless look. Got this set on a great deal to replace our old top loaders. The dryer works excellent and also has a steam option to fluff up your wrinkled clothes. Can be stacked as well.

You need a cold water hookup for the dryer as it is steam. Mine is electric 240v plug. Best in East Lake price match the pedestals for washer and dryer, see picture. I got them for $150 each and they installed them both. Washer was purchased earlier. Get braided waterlines for all hookups they last longer.

Does not make much noise. And it's big.it dries the clothes well.

Drys clothes quickly and is very quiet. Many features for any type of laundry even bedding

Ordered a different set only to find out it was unavailable after waiting 3 weeks - personnel took care of us with a better set and even lower price - this set was my first choice but the price difference drove me to the lower model so we are more than happy with the out come! Added the pedestals for added height easy access to laundry.

Dryer is great, we looked at all brands and decided on this Samsung for the features and style, highly recommended.

Sleek, light weight, stackable, eco dryer. I enjoy the features and quality of the product. It dries my clothing/towels very nicely and the lint trap is great.

Just bought this a month ago .Love it so the way it washes is unreal . Love everything this machine has to offer. We also bought the matching dryer. We did have a problem the first week we bought it that the front was leaking but we called geek squad and scheduled an appointment and hopefully this will get repaired this week other than that it’s perfect

Wowza ! Does this Dryer do what it says it’s going to do and then some ! From the Delicate Cycle to the Heavy Duty you can still make adjustments to the time you want ! The inside is spacious and the design of the lint catcher is supreme ! No more lint hanging out on the dryer or around the catcher itself . I love the no wrinkles cycle as well as the cycle that “ refreshes “ clothes you might have accidentally left sitting overnight in the dryer . This is one smart dryer and very EASY to “ figure out “ if you don’t like reading manuals . I did read the important stuff . This is a 10/10 highly recommend Dryer big family or small, this one does it all and it’s beautiful too!

First time ordering a Samsung Washer/Dryer. So happy I did. It's very quiet and operates fantastic. I also got a very good deal at BEST BUY. The cashier was a pleasure to work with.

...like the matching washer, this dryer has many features to handle every fabric type there is! It is quiet and dries quite fast. Thanks to Best Buy for refunding the discount price difference.

It's not too high for being stackable for short person that's 5 foot 3.

Dryer works awesome. Does take a little longer to dry than my old model did, both are electric. But those ancient artifact dryers are hard to beat, inefficient or not. The pair look great I’m still in the process over building and finishing, but I’m happy with them.

This item worked with moderate use for about 2 years, then the drum cracked. no unusual use, no large or heavy items, just a huge crack. Sharp metal from the drum protruded through and the dryer no longer spins. A replacement drum and installation will be as much as a new dryer. Geek Squad was then no help - called and was put on "hold" for 30 minutes, then dropped back in a queue, spoke to another person who just hung up on me. This is a product issue as well as Best Buy issue. I am really shocked by the poor service in this case, as I've had plenty of good experiences with Best Buy in the past.

Great dryer, way better than using the clothesline!

We bought this in October 2020 and after 11 months we have had issue after issue with this dryer. We were told the dryer was not installed properly but since it was installed by a Best Buy approved contractor I don't know what to make of that. The power cable was not earthed and burnt out. We are lucky it did not burn down the house. The wire was completely burnt. We have had several parts changed and If we had not bought the 3 year Geek squad warranty we would have been up the creek without a paddle. At this point, I don't think I will be buying any Samsung products anytime soon. I had a GE washing machine and dryer for 12 years with no issues
