I did a bunch of price comparisons on this set, and Best Buy had the absolute best price on the same product other stores had. Ordered, and they were delivered faster than other appliances I’ve ordered through other major home improvement stores, so that made this purchase that much better. The dryer is fantastic another great Samsung product. 5 on price, 5 on delivery time, 5 on customer service and 5 on product.

I love my new washer and dryer! I'm still learning how to use some functions but otherwise it is great. My water bill has been cut in half, it is quiet and takes half the time. My only complaint is that stacking the set makes them so tall, I can't see the buttons on the dryer. (I am 5' 7" tall.....) I have to stand on a step stool. I will be taking the stack apart and purchasing the drawers.

Works great, and I like all the options it has. and the little melody it plays when its done. Make sure they add the stainless steal dryer kit, they never mentioned it to me, but the installers said, in order for the steam in the dryer to work, you need it. Also, if you are not stacking the washer and dryer, you WILL NOT need the stacking kits. They sold it to me since I was buying a pedestal for the washer and dryer. but you DO NOT need them if you don't plan to stack them on each other.

I was intrigued by this drier because it was part of a Consumer Reports highly recommended washing machine/drier duo. I bought the pair almost a month ago and feel quite comfortable giving a strong review of each. There are a number of features I love on the drier, including the steam option, to refresh wrinkled (but clean) clothing, a very goof lint trap and a broad range of drier settings. But it also looks great next to the washing machine. I do NOT use the smart phone technology so cannot review that.

Received the matching set for Mother's Day...and I told the kids that they can wash, dry and fold mom and dads clothes as part of the gift! And let me tell you, for the first time in 15 years,(the age of my oldest), ALL of the clothes, towels & bedding were clean on the same day. The steam feature of the dryer is amazing. My son has a FAVORITE pair of school pants, but they are made of a rather rigid material that normally emerges from the dryer terribly wrinkled, like he'd just done days before the new pair was delivered. He placed the crunchy, wrinkled pants in the steam dryer for 15-20 minutes, and they emerged like a soft and wrinkle free t-shirt cotton. Be sure to also place it on the "wrinkle free" option to keep dryer tumbling until you retrieve your items and you have to make sure they are "dry" enough...as I found when I steamed one of my husbands Polo shirts. All in all, very impressed! (Still wondering what happenes if the water for the steam runs out??). Keep your Manual handy!

So far a great dryer, I haven't had any problems with it besides it sits so low. I bought the pedestals for it and fixed it.

Looks nice and quite. Many features. Can’t seem to connect it with my iPhone thru the smart things apps.
