This dryer is pretty good for the most part and gets the job done. I’ve owned this dryer for a year now and I find that many items I need to dry twice because things are still damp- especially heavy materials like jeans, bedding etc. If I don’t run two cycles my clothes will end up smelling really bad and this sort of wreaks havoc on my electric bill. It is very quiet and I LOVE the steam/dewrinkle options. Be careful because the sellers will tell you this dryer has smart technology, but you have to buy a special device to make it work on smartphones and the app has terrible reviews and is very buggy. Do not expect this to be compatible with your phone or other devices unless you’re willing to buy the little adapter and deal with a terrible app. Mechanically it’s a good product, but I expected more for the money.

Love this dryer and it's ability to connect to your smartphone to let you control it from anywhere. My only con is that the dryer leaves lint and pet hair all over your garments and the lint tray catches very little lint. I solved the issue by adding a rubber window weather strip around the mouth of the dryer to beef of the door gasket and that did the trick. If you expect LG to make it right they wont. Best Buy did offer to replace it, but I had a matching set that communicated with each other and trading it for something that would have the same problem wouldn't solve anything. Such a simple solution for LG to address and they won't. Thicker gasket!

Bought this to match the Samsung washer. Very efficient and love the large capacity.

Have had this and the matching washer for a couple months now. very quiet, look nice and were easy to set up. Very quiet, and handle large loads quickly and well. I do wish it offered more temperature selection options, many settings will not allow you to use less heat than what they suggest, and I prefer to err on the side of less shrunken laundry when possible... but that said, I can't say that I've noticed much shrinkage other than a couple very tight pillow cases
