I’m a year in to using it and I haven’t had any issues yet. It does way more than what my family needs it for so maybe we can grow into it. I would love the pedestal (I’m a 6’2) for it, it’s low like many other dryers, but it does the job and then some and we’re happy with it.

Got this as a set with a matching washer and its great. Many features and options included. I would research thoroughly before purchasing though. Wi-Fi is not built in. You have to purchase an adaptor for this to work. Website is very misleading

Like the matching washer, it’s a very good buy. A lot of options in the programming and it’s pretty quiet. I was back and fourth between different brands but finally settled on this one, I don’t regret it. If you’re looking for quality for the price, this is it right here.

Best dryer I have ever owned. The steam/wrinkle free options leave my clothing nice and ready to put away without having to manually iron. EcoMode saves me a bit of electricity too, given I didn't buy the gas version. I would recommend this for anyone who isn't skimping out on cost.

The dryer is very quick and quite. It has a steam function which is great and unlike my last dryer it actually has a water hook up instead of a tiny reservoir. Great look when paired next to the Samsun washer too. Love the machine but I would pass on the USB to enable smart features it isn't worth it.

This has been working perfectly for us. I love the extra settings and the added steam functions. this is our second set of Samsung W/D's, we sold the first with our house when we moved, and we love them. definitely would recommend them.

The best dryer!! Ever! It's really easy to program also the Samsung home connection is really stable. I'm so happy with this purchase! Also it's a really good size for king comforters! With is awesome for me! 100% recommend

Love the large capacity and the option to use steam

I bought this washing machine and dryer set a few weeks ago and we have been using it without any issues. The machines are super quiet and I love the sanitation features especially now in this time. I highly recommend!

Dryer is great. It works very well and has a huge capacity. Next year's model had just been released so I was able.to get this one at a great price. As always, i was very pleased with my experience at Best Buy.

Cloths Are soft and dry each time, all parts function well and does its work quietly with no extra machine noises. Could do better with the load finished chime, it sounds a little too much like mariachi music and at nearly 30 seconds long pretty unnecessary to tell me the laundry is done! thank goodness I can shut it off.

Havent ever had a high efficiency dryer before. Used to have the a washer in this style but had a normal dryer. Bought a whole new set and love that they match. Also love the size of the dryer, can wash and dry so much at one time!

It’s quiet It dries. I have not seen a huge increase in electricity. The only thing bad I could say right now is it’s HUGE. Didn’t really think it was that big it fits but takes up most of the closet opps.

The dryer not only looks great, but it dries clothes as well. The steam settings are great to get rid of wrinkles and refresh clothes if you are to busy to fold them before the wrinkles set in.

Even when you put a huge load size in this dryer, it only takes one cycle to completely dry it. Even when I dried my blankets and bedding it did it with 1 to 2 cycles depending on how thick they were. Absolutely love everything about this dryer and its performance!

Dryer works well. We have to run it twice for a King size comforter. Haven't used the steam option but it was an easy hook up. The package Best Buy sold us was not totally needed as the double male comes with the dryer and all we needed to buy was an extra hose. Impressed with the set so far.

We bought the dryer with the washer and have been very pleased with our purchase. It drys faster than our old dryer. We have only used it for a couple of months and have not yet used all the functions on it. We are pleased with the dryer.

We have really been happy with the way this dryer has worked for us. It does a great job drying clothes in a gentle way. It has been easy using the different settings, it's pretty intuitive.

Dryer tends to cut off when large items bind up (such as sheets) because the sensor thinks items are dry. This is somewhat inconvenient to have to open dryer, separate the items and restart the dryer for more time. Nice unit and operates well for most clothing items.
