It’s dryers! There is a 50 minimum characters limit

The Dryer installation was done professionally. It was done with necessary care and it finished really quickly.

Perfect for space saving smaller laundry rooms, without compromising load capacity.

So far they are great and they don’t make A lot of noise like other washers

Bought on sale. Thought I was getting a great deal, now I know why the set was on sale. Clothes don’t come out smelling clean. Messed with settings and rinse cycles, still clothes just smell like damp clothes. Not sure who culprit is washer or dryer but decals are starting to come off clothing. Clothes colors are getting dull even though we are using same washing detergent. Just outside of return policy for Best Buy. They said there’s nothing they can do. I was given Samsung’s number to call, haven’t done so yet.

Multiple times to dry. I have to dry it at least 3 times.

This dryer replaced a 30-year old Maytag. I bought the Samsung when it was heavily discounted and it was the same price as the bottom of the line Maytag or Whirlpool dryers. After about a week of use, it is a good, but not a great dryer. The steam sanitizer function did a good job on my pillows. Normal loads are dried efficiently and quicker than my old Maytag. Part of the reason may be the larger capacity allowing for more air flow during tumbling. Heavy loads, such as blankets dried well with the heavy duty setting and setting to maximum dryness. It is quiet. I measured about 54 dBA at about 1 meter distance using my phone app. There are a few drawbacks. On delicate cycle, the clothes do not dry completely even when set to the maximum drying level. The moisture sensor is not sensitive enough. This surprises me, since my old Maytag was better and worked for 30 years. It had an analog control for dryness and I got so I could tune it right in for any load. This Samsung has only discrete setting levels of dryness. My other complaint is that many of the standard cycles do not allow a modification to temperature setting. I don't like these modern machines, where they think they know better than me. I don't look forward to the day I have to replace my 30-year old Maytag washer. A good feature is that the wrinkle prevent just does a brief tumble every so often rather than constantly, so it doesn't use much energy and allows you to postpone taking out the load for 180 minutes. Overall I would rate it good, but for the price I paid, it is a very good value. I installed it (electric) myself and put the money saved towards the extended warranty. They don't build them like they used to.

I was very hesitant to order a Samsung product for drying clothes because of the feedbacks I had gotten from others. A lot told me that Samsung appliances will literally catch on fire and encouraged me not buy! After researching and reading reviews for this appliance, I decided to place an order, replacing the dryer we’ve had for more than 10 years! So far... - I love the sensor dry feature which automatically adjusts the drying time to save electricity! - I love the appearance of it! It’s a luxurious addition to the house! - I love how quite it is!

Our old dryer of 15 years was on its last leg, so we had no choice but to find something new. However, there were a lot of choices, and this one seemed like a great value based on reviews. Roughly one month into it, we have zero regrets. It's efficient, very user friendly, and much quieter that our prior dryer. We've yet to run into a load of a laundry that was still damp after a cycle, and we're extremely pleased.

Large capacity, energy efficient, easy setup and very quiet.

Although this dryer is a little on the pricy side, I've been impressed with the energy efficiency and very good accuracy of the dryness sensor. The sensor dry has five levels of dryness, but by default the dryer uses the middle level (level 3 of 5). I've found level 2 of 5 completely removes all humidity and does the job, thus saving some electricity. The steam function works well and does a good job refreshing clothes, especially those that sit in cabinets for a while. The delicate function is gentle, and does not ruin clothing. The steam sanitize function will eliminate the musty odor in towels. If you purchase, DO NOT USE DRYER SHEETS! They will damage the dryer and cover the sensor, thus making it ineffective. If you want to get your money's worth out of this dryer, use wool balls or any other dryer sheet alternative.

I love the steam and sanitize function. I feel very safe during the pandemic to be able to put items in as soon as I come home to protect my family. It is very quiet and does a remarkable job on blankets and heavy items. This was a great purchase.

We have been using similar Samsung model for the last few years and when we moved to the new home in March 2023, decided to buy the similar newer Samsung model. We have used various European washer/dryers over the last few decades and have finally settled for Samsung Washer/Dryer machines. In my opinion, these are a perfect balance between, performance, price, function and looks. This particular model is no exception and performs as it should i.e. flawlessly.

I previously visited Best Buy and was blown away by the level of customer service. The staff was incredibly attentive and made sure all my needs were met. The product I purchased exceeded my expectations in terms of quality and value. It’s an amazing dryer, we’ve had for a few years now.

Love this dryer. Runs quietly and does a great job drying clothes. Lots of options and looking forward to see the savings since it is a high efficiency model. For as much as I love the dryer, I HATED the “installation” by Best Buy. The power cord was not installed, the dryer vent was installed incorrectly, they refused to install the pedestals I purchased with the washer and dryer, and neither the washer nor dryer had been leveled. Bottom line, buy this dryer if you plan to install yourself. If you want professional installation, you should find this washer somewhere other than Best Buy.
