It's been a joy doing laundry with my new set. Easy to use and quiet. The color is fabulous and I love it! I would definitely recommend this product. There is one thing, when I made my purchase it told me I'd get a $200 gift card for the pair and I never received it.

Installation was easy and has great features. Good for single family use. It usually dry the clots in 45 minute cycle. Steam feature is great. Easy to clean.

The old dryer wasn't doing it's job so upgraded to this one. Works really well so far. The install and haul away also went really well thanks to the SECOND team that did it. The first delivery drivers just dropped off the Dryer and Oven that I purchased said they didn't know about any install/haul away of the old units (I paid for a complete install and haul away of both units for the same day) and left them in my garage. Went back to best buy to remedy the situation, fortunately I talked to Jackie who made it right by doing a fast reschedule. To make things even better, the second install team did a crack job, were fast and very good at their jobs. Overall impressed with the way Jackie handled the situation and did her best to make it right. Hope the delivery drivers that actually installed the units and took away the old ones get credit for a job WELL DONE! I know one of their names was Jamal, didn't get the second drivers name. Thanks guys for being real pros.

Quiet dryer with a clean look. Replaced an 11 yr old Samsung model. New model appears to dry quicker, controls user friendly

The dryer runs quietly. At the end of the cycle, it plays it short tune which we would like to change to a tone/beep.

So far this dryer has worked well and is easy to use. The front window has some stress cracks that are not affecting performance but apparently not warrantied. YMMV. We also grabbed the pedestal and that was pretty easy to assemble and they fit together snug. The steam feature is neat-o.

Bought this with the matching Washer. Works flawlessly and the touch screen works great. Dries extremely fast

Samsung’s has always been or go To for washer and dryers. This new set perfect. Very easy to use and works perfectly.

Wash, clean and sanitize very quick! Clothes come out smelling clean and this set was my best purchase . I recommend.

Moved during the pandemic. Needed a washer and dryer. Luckily BB was still delivering. We unwrapped it and installed it easily. It’s quiet and quick. Gotta say I love the lint trap! It’s closed so it doesn’t spew lint everywhere when you take it out. Best lint trap I’ve seen this far in life. Haven’t used steam yet but be aware you need a splitter for the water line. This isn’t a recommendation that BB gives when you buy the dryer but you do need it!

So many options available with this dry. It has been month and it has done a great job so far.
