I switched from a gas dryer to this new electric dryer and am very happy with it. The only change I wish I could make is more ability for the user to change the heat settings as I like to dry my cottons cooler than this machine wants to and I'd like to be able to change the song that it plays at the end of it's cycle.

This dryer works great and has a large capacity. Plenty of cycles and adjustments and the steam feature is nice. The drum light (looks like probably an LED) inside the dryer doesn't seem very bright, and the drum is kind of dark gray, so it's a little dim in there. The reason I took off 1 star is that the front panel of the dryer in the area below the door is very flimsy. Someone tried to push the dryer a little farther back into it's position and that left big dents in the front panel. So be careful if you need to re-position your dryer!

We got off to a rocky start as the third-party delivery people hired for the holiday season had no clue. I had to show them how to install the pedestal drawer, and remind them about the water line (for steam) as they were about to leave. The also left the vent installed improperly. However, Best Buy made it right by resolving the issues when the washing machine was delivered a week later. And the dryer performs flawlessly. We used to spritz shirts coming out of the dryer. Now, they go straight to the closed as they are wrinkle-free. This is a great dryer.

Great initial impresion. Does all it is said it could do

The dryer dries clothes pretty well, hence my 3 star rating instead of lower. The problem is that the sounds it makes are so irritating (even after watching the many available YouTube videos on how to shut it off), we couldn't figure out how to silence it completely. It also doesn't do a lot of things our much older dryer did. You can't adjust the timing, or dryness, or turn on the wrinkle guard, while the dryer is running. You have to shut it off and start over, which is irritating. The drum light is so dim as to be almost useless. So, in sum, it dries clothes pretty well, but it still manages to irritate me every time I use it.

This color his gorgeous, the unit runs very quiet. I purchased on the Labor Day sale and was so worth it!!! Wish Samsung did large kitchen appliances in this champagne color

Purchased to replace a similar product. So far we are happy with its performance.

Highly recommend this Samsung product; have used Samsung for years in my family, and this new dryer keeps the quality for a great price. Easy to set up and use; multiple programs.

Chimes are annoying but the dryer works very good.

Love the short timed drying, and energy efficiency. But a bit noisy.

Excellent machines I would recommend to anyone, easy to use, simple to install, and they wash amazing. They are also energy efficient which everyone also loves to save energy!!!

Love this dryer. Dries my clothes so much faster than my old LG did. Easy to use, quiet, and I love the color. Can't say enough of good things about this dryer.

Does its job very well, easy to load and use. Putting both front load washer and dryer side by side helps distribute clothes very well.

So we went with the set. My washer went out on us, we are at a new house to us, so I wanted to get a matching set. We got this dryer to go with out washer. It gets things dryer faster and it is really quiet. I would totally get it again.

Excellent! It is very quiet and very little vibration. The size is great and the spin cycle leaves the clothes almost dry. The geek squad is courteous and professional. They answered all of my questions and the set up for both the washer and dryer was great.

The machine is quiet is the perfect accent to any laundry room. It has worked perfectly for all types of clothes and is very quiet. It plays a jingle to remind when it's finished.

I purchased this as a set to replace a 15 year old stackable old school set. I can only compare it to that and this dryer is the best thing ever. It is quiet and I like the wet sensor on there. It will continue to dry the clothes if it senses the clothes are still wet. I tried the steam feature, the shirt definitely got damp...I however was not able to wait for it to completely dry because I had to wear it to my event, so I think it is a great feature, but you have to use that feature if you have enough time, because it will add dampness to your clothes. No complaints. This upgraded the look of my room from 1980s to 2020!

Very quiet, user friendly, easy to install, works great so far. Would definitely purchase again.

If you're like me sometimes you don't fold you clothes right out of the dryer and while this has wrinkle control too, if you don't fold em they get wrinkled. Can put right back in to the dryer and steam the wrinkles out.
