This dryer is supposed to come with the steam kit ( read the “what’s in the box” section of user manual). The delivery guys must have tossed it so I had to buy one and have a second installation team come install!

I haven't been able to use the steam feature as of yet due to the water lines being on the opposite side (my set up is NOT side by side). So far, a great value for the price.

Happy with the product

Replaced a double compartment Maytag Neptune with the drying cabinet over the conventional drum dryer so was not looking forward to losing the upper cabinet, but the Samsung has a steam feature and seems to work equally well.

Bought dryer first, love everything about it! So many cycles to use, the steam cycle is great! My king size comforter fits right in. Very quiet and gets everything dry.

Only complaint is that when your items don’t get dry enough and you stick them back into the dryer to completely dry, it will only allow them to run for about 5 minutes regardless of the time setting. Could be a safety feature but is annoying when bedding or other large items do not dry all the way.
