Bought the item for $XXX.xx and before delivery occurred, there was a sale price implemented. BB, honored the sale price even before delivery. Delivery and installation occurred as agreed. Have had the item for about 3 weeks and it going all OK so far.

We are quite impressed. The Best Buy delivery and installation was top notch, and the machines work VERY well. All features and functions work as advertised, and most importantly, they get out items clean and dry!
