Although it was a scratch-and-dent item and I saved a few dollars, Best Buy lied and did not properly check whether the machine was operational. I am currently examining the quality of the warranty. I'm in the process of seeing how good or bad the warranty is.

Its been the best combo we've had. It works perfect. Every time. The trap is easy to clean and we haven't had any issues with wet clothes.
