This washer has been very good for the past 6 months I’ve used it, it has a very big capacity and cleans my clothes very well! It washes blankets and sheets with ease as well!

I use to have a top load washer and it was horrible. Balancing the load constantly and the efficiency went out the door with having to do that, plus only got one load a day. With this wonderful front load washer, it has been amazing, no more balancing issues, the efficiency has been great and the washer and dryer get done at the same time. LOVE IT! And I can wash my big comforters! WOOHOO!

Efficient and quiet, this has many settings and options. The lint filter is good at trapping lint, but it's a little tricky t open and clean. Large capacity drum holds a lot of clothes and dries evenly.

We specifically bought this, because of the easy access for the drain basket door easy access. It has a self clean option and it will show self clean on when you need to clean it. You do not need to use afresh to clean it. It works well, and the spin cycle is great. No complaints. It uses less detergent and fabric softer. It has a pre-wash cycle, which is another reason why we bought it, with kids it helps with stains. The door does close on it's own if you try to crack it for ventilation, so you will need to keep door all the way open if you are like us and keep it open to keep it ventilated. So far so good.

In the past three decades, I have used only front loaders, my first was a different brand, but made it through a family of six with three babies at the time. Needless to say, I have done thousands of loads of wash. This Samsung is the best one I have ever purchased and used. I didn't need anything fancy looking or with 27 settings, I just wanted a washer that would do the job. This holds a substantial amount (6 bath sheets, 4 bath towels) no problem. I have already done pillows, blankets etc., but this handles delicates just as beautifully. It's also very quiet. I am very impressed with it. The price was right and the delivery guys were so professional and thorough. I've only had this for about a month, but so far, so good.

So far the past 3 weeks, this dryer has been the most quietest washer we've used. Its getting our clothes perfectly dry and is super efficient. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

We have had this washer for 1.5 years, after my 20+ year old inherited workhorse finally spun its last spin. I love it! Saves water, get our clothes clean, and is very quiet. We keep the door open when not in use; I wipe down the door and hatch seals and drain/clean the filter once a month or as needed. Also, we clean the in-door filter after each wash, just like our dryer. we have had NO issues with the washer getting funky. Very happy with this purchase!

Absolutely love it! Quiet and does a great job. I wish it had a towels setting.

This machine is highly efficient. I’m impressed with how quiet is is while washing and how good it spins out the load. I must say the highest spinner setting is too strong. But I like to know that it can go that strong in case I need to wash a heavier load than a normal. The capacity holds up a considerable big load. I would most certainly would recommend this product.

Great product. Easy to use and works well. I’d recommend installation. The installation team were incredibly helpful and carried it up 2 flights of stairs. All round great experience. Very happy customer.

Love that look and quiet washing. My old units were on the outs so upgraded and love it!

This washer works great and fit perfectly where my old bulky washer was. This model is slimmer than most and is pretty quiet when being used.

The control panel is nice, easy to understand, and works with touch sensors. The machine itself is quiet, and plays a little tune when starting the cycle and when it ends, no annoying buzzer. Those are just the nice extras. It uses much less water and detergent for a clean load. It has a large capacity, so I can throw in at least six or seven large fluffy towels in one load. The spin cycle removes much more water than my old top loader did, so the drying takes less time. I really like this machine.

Our Apartment dryer kept giving out so I started browsing the best buy website to see if any dryer will catch my eye. As soon as I saw this dryer I instantly wanted it due to its flashy design. However I also needed something that will work good and I will say this dryer defiantly does the job its moisture sensor helps us save electricity and stops us from over drying cloths. I will defiantly say this dryer is a 8.5/10. The only complaint I would have is that the cloths will get moist again if there left in the dryer for over 3 hours but as long as you take them out once its done its perfect and efficient.

I am very satisfied with my Samsung dryer. It dries clothing in half the time of my previous unit. It is quiet and efficient, an over all great purchase.

So far so good. Not thrilled with not being able to shut off the noises it makes (every time you press a button). Not thrilled with the "delay end", but that's because I'm used to "delay start". Overall very quiet, washes well, doesn't smell, lots of choices for temperature/spin speed/dirt level. Super easy to use.
