Very quiet and has easy to use controls. It’s a lot bigger than I thought so it has plenty of room to medium to large loads.

This is a great product for the value. It's a quality modern machine with a nice color for lighter laundry rooms to give contrast. Overall we're thankful for this machine and its use in our daily lives.

My washer went out the night before our vacation so we knew we were going to have to replace our set after getting home. Our son had just bought this same dryer before visiting him and I liked using it when we visited him. I liked it so much that I replaced my dryer with this same one. It works great. It is easy to use. The only thing I didn’t like was my old dryer would keep running and not just shut off to keep the clothes from wrinkling but this one would just shut off. Then I found out this one will do the same thing but you have to press a button prior to starting the load for that feature to work. I highly recommend this dryer.

Excellent quality and functionality. I have read reviews on this washer and people complained about the ink on the control panel coming off. I can see how that can happen if you have chemicals on fingers. But from what I see you do not need to push the control button just lightly touch with dry finger tip and there would not be an issue with the ink smearing or completely coming off. From what I can tell from using this washer it is extremely quite and runs smoothly after preforming the calibration after installing. Another great product from Samsung

so far, so good, upgraded our 13+ year old washer and very happy so far, my wife, who wanted this and the matching dryer, but is not good with tech, worried about it being digital, she’s now gone from washing everything in cold water, to following the recommended settings on the washer. We have no issues with noise, very quiet, but, if you’re close during the high speed spin it can sound like it wants to take off, but that’s cool to me, it’s not loud imho

I love this washing machine. Makes getting laundry done easier.First the maintenance keeping the inside dry after use and keeping the door open prevents mold and mildew. Per reading the instructions. I also like how much you can fit inside but dont over fill because it can knock the balance off. It also shakes when it goes through the last cycle its not loud or irritating. Ver easy to clean the pull out tray where you put soap and such. To empty the excessive water from the bottom i have yet to do that but i know how to because i have had a washer like it. Now the setting are very easy so you can control how much time things will take by adjusting the soil level and such. Its an amazing washing machine and perfectly for my family of 6. Did i mention it cleans my queen comforter very well. Clothes smell like heaven.

The washer works great. Very nice appearance. Fairly quiet. Needed a smaller version for small condo space and stackable. (It would have been nice if the installers of the stacking unit had turned the water valves ON before they left!)

The Samsung 7.5 cu. ft. front load gas dryer with sensor has been very reliable. Each setting works specifically like you would expect from it's name, unlike a more expensive GE model that we returned. We are very pleased that it can dry large or small loads and signals only once when it is finished. This is a good basic model for people who do not want to be connected into smarthome apps for privacy. The capacity matches that of the Samsung model's pair we purchased. This brand is very nicely engineered, and not over-engineered.

I bought this when it had only a couple of reviews. I've had it for a month but it holds up well. Pros - Drys large amounts of clothes very well. The standard setting is 42 minutes and that's usually all you need. - Space: the opening is not as big but there is a massive amount of space overall. Cons - I tried to dry a large thick blanket and a bunch of clothes and it took quite a while. I had to put some clothes back in after the blanket was done. So you can't really max the space out. - If you want to customize the temp and dryness and can be a bit confusing. But if you just want some simple cycles then it's very self explanatory. Overall I like it so far. The set up wasn't too bad. It dries well. Hopefully it will last long too

Love Samsung and this is a great washer. It's not a high-end washer but is still a great machine.

I bought the LG front loader and dryer only 5 years ago at Best Buy.I was very dissatisfied with both. Washer’s drum went out after only 5 years, we are a family of two and do an average of 4-5 loads a week. I bought this Samsung front loader after researching and customer reviews.I have noticed our wash is cleaner. I can see the water during the cycles. I can wash a king size bedspread and it does not become unbalanced. I did buy an extended warranty this time. Remember the drawers are not interchangeable.

Working great from day 1. Simple to use. Much quieter than our previous dryer.
