Works great! We live in Arizona and our laundry room is outside, separate from the house so it’s expected to be very hot. We’ve had no issues with our washer overheating. Everything works very efficiently! Cleans our clothes very well.

I bought this as a set with the Samsung dryer and have been very happy with both of them. The washer runs quietly and doesn't use a large amount of water, but cleans well, even stubborn stains seem to get more clean than our old washer, when pre-treated. The price seemed reasonable considering the quality and features. I highly recommend it!

I could not have purchased a more reliable machine. I can set it up on my phone and have smart care, The adjustable heat settings makes your clothes come out just right, never over heating or under drying needing another round. I love it.

The Samsung washer that I purchased online from bestbuy.com works perfect. I purchased a Samsung washer because we have the refrigerators and they work perfect as well. The washer is very quiet. Another thing we like about it is the fact that it has a front door to the clean out pipe. We have a lot of little socks that can get stuck there and cleaning those out is a breeze. I will continue to purchase Samsung appliances.

Love it for the most part but sometimes bigger items will read as overheating and it continually turned off. So we had to make sure to have it on certain settings to not fall into this problem. Besides that I love the dryer.

THE GAS DRYER, WAS A PROBLEM TO GET INSTALLED BECAUSE IT NEEDED EXTRA STEPS BECAUSE IT WAS BEING HOOKED UP TO A PROPANE TANK. NOW THAT IS INSTALLED, UP AND RUNNING - IT IS GREAT IT DOES A WONDERFUL JOB, AND IT IS WONDERFUL TO HAVE A WORKING LAUNDRY HERE AT HOME AGAIN. IT IS A BEAUTIFUL MACHINE, WITH SO MANY DRYER SETTINGS TO CHOOSE FROM, BUT VERY EASY TO USE.

My wife loves this washer. We bought one for our old house before we moved and she was upset we had to leave it behind. Moved into our new place and needed a washer so we bought the same exact model. It is very quiet and does a great job.

Upgraded from a 30 year old dryer maybe I’m behind the times but this thing is amazing! Easy to set up (I am far from qualified to set up a dryer so I was pleased that it was so straight forward), so quiet when it’s running that I regularly get up to make sure it’s still on, and more features than I ever thought I needed. The only downside is that I often have to run it for an extra 20 minutes after the first full dry, and the inside of the window always seems to be foggy, dewy, but I do wash large loads of laundry and I think if they were smaller they’d dry quicker.

Really good , works like it should. EXCEPT we have it stuck up and it's difficult to see what the dial is set on. I am so short that I need step lather to set it up. I had to mark the dail with nail polish to see where the dail is set. The dail has cute green lights that indicate the setting, but unfortunately I can't see it from my 5'1" vantage point.

This dryer is much larger than my previous one. You can get a lot clothes in a dryer of this size and big enough for my queen size comforter. The dryer does a good job the clothes are dry before the timer counts down not sure if it’s a problem or not. I’m still evaluating. I must say I was not satisfied with the delivery maybe I will get a different survey for that.

Washer is working great so far and it is very quiet. Truly recommend it to anyone! The only downside was when the technicians came to install it they were very lazy and didn’t set it up correctly when they said everything is good. When I put clothes inside it gave an error code and I had to fix it myself by pulling the washer out and see what was wrong since they left.

I bought these as a set and have had great results with how they work and bought them again the value is great and the quality is great would recommend to anyone looking for front loading washer/dryer set

This is a large washer. It weighs the laundry in order to figure out how much water is needed. It has no agitator so it's easier on your clothes. You can have up to 5 rinses if you want. The spin cycle is so efficient.
