To their credit, Lowes refunded the entire purchase price in the form of a gift card. Lowes did not have any washers in stock. Best Buy delivered this in 5 days. This Samsung is quiet washing and quiet spinning. Very happy with my purchase.

Top notch, entry level Samsung washer

If this Samsung front loader is any example, washers have certainly changed for the better in those 42 years. It uses less water and spins faster. The clothes come out clean with considerably reduced dryer time. We've only had it a few weeks... but, so far, I'd recommend this model.

The only thing I dont like is that it dents VERY easily, on the other hand thats does mean its also very easy to fix.

I like the moisture detecting feature, but it has some draw backs. I'm glad my clothes don't catch fire from being in too long, but my full size blankets come out dry on the outside and damp in the middle. Its silent, looks good, had the previous model for 2 years with no problem (gave it to my parents) so hopefully this one is just as great.
