Dries clothes completely without much noise overall very good

The dryer is efficient. Is a good size. We love all the features.

This has no agitator which makes it kinder on clothes. Also front load to help us short people. Delivery and set up were wonderful.

This washer is really easy to use. If you have a dog I would recommend removing the dog hair from the silicone flap in between the washer and the door by hand and then running a cleaning cycle after you have days you need to wash pet items or heavily fur covered clothes or blankets of your own.

It looks perfect, de design helps to fit it in the standard space, it is easy to use and has several cycles. I like it a lot.

PLEASE read this and don't be dumb like me and assume bad reviews were an anomaly. The issue isn't the unit. It stopped working after 6 months, which is a problem. But I bought the extended warranty and thought I'd be golden at least during the initial ownership period before extended kicked in. However, Samsung contracts with local companies and makes absolutely NO guarantee on timeframe or compensation for having to go to the laundromat. My washer broke over a month ago and we're still waiting on a tech after being given the runaround and rescheduled on several times. We live in a major city so there's no real excuse. After calling Samsung to complain loudly they transferred the ticket to a different company and I don't anticipate better results. Meanwhile I'm almost $200 in the hole from laundromat visits (I have six kids) and Samsung flat out refuses any consideration of compensation for that. I paid almost 2k with warranty and installation for a premium washer/dryer set and I'm spending hours every week at the laundromat after owning it for 6 months with no end in sight. The lesson I learned is not to buy from a company that doesn't do its own repairs or doesn't offer a guarantee for repair time. This will be the last Samsung appliance I ever buy.

Pre good dry, dries fast without damaging clothing over time

Working fine and quiet. There was one time it's giving me a SUD error, then I tried w/ rinse only option but the SUD symbol still displayed. Finally I solved it by unplugged the power and plugged it back then the symbol is gone. The manual doesn't show instruction about this though.

Samsung has again produced a great machine . Very easy to use, the touch controls are great and overall performance is excellent

So in my mind, you do not need a WI-FI washer and you do not need the stands. In my opinion. So this is a well made washer, the best one in my mind for about 600-700. It is smooth and is so efficient you use much much less laundry detergent. I have had it a month and I can recommend this washer to you or someone that I know.

LOVE it ! great product ! super quiet and dries super fast.

I like the look and it washes very well. The problem is that it shakes like mad during the spin cycle. You can hear it from across the house even if we adjust the spin to medium. We had it installed by BestBuy. Over all, it’s a good value if you don’t mind the loud noise during the spin cycle.

I've have owned this washing machine for about a month and i have to say its a good washing machine it replaced a maytag top load washer that was a major lemon from day one this one senses how much clothing is in it and adds the right amount of water compared to the maytag.
