I just used it and it dried my clothes pretty good, but I want to say Kudos to the delivery guys. Those two guys went above and beyond to make sure e everything was perfect. Best Buy should hire more like them. Will definitely buy another appliance

It handles large loads like a dream and it is very quiet. It has several settings I can choose from, not the 2-3 standard settings. I love the interior light so I can see well if I have gotten all of the clothes out. I love everything about it.

Terrible service from Best Buy

I have no idea if this is a good dryer or not because Best Buy has been to our house 4 times already and each time had a different excuse why they couldn't install it. They delivered a broken washer the first time and the last time they "didn't have enough time" even though they knew what was involved in the install. Better off buying somewhere else.

Has multiple settings which can be adjusted for each load. Very quiet and ending alarm can be turned off. Easy to clean. Was reluctant to purchase due to some reviews but am very happy with this washer.
