We have bought this same set 3 times, not because we didn't like it, but because we moved states and thought it was more accessible. We love this set so much that we keep buying the same one!

Great so far. The capacity is exactly what we need and the speed at which clothes are dried is second to none.

It is a joy to have a washing machine that doesn't dance around. It has plenty of different settings to choose from, it is stable, relatively quiet, so far so good.

Product is really good, can recommend. Minor issue, it did not come with a power cable, so it needed to get that myself and an electrician to connect it so I can plug it in. I would assume every electric appliance comes with a cable/plug.

Easy to use, super quiet and saves us alot of water.

absolutely worthless if you actually want clean clothes...does not use sufficient amount of water,does not wash clothes in a solution of water..all it does is get clothes wet a tosses them around...i washed 1 set of clothes in washer on 2 different cycles,once on normal(1hr) and washed same clothes again on heavy cycle(2.5hrs)..pulled clothes out and washed by hand in a tub with a solution of water and soap..(pictures)...absolutely disgusting..i got the clothes cleaner in 20 min.in a tub than the washer did in 3.5 hrs..insane..do not buy...if you already have an H.E. washer,do the test yourself..from what i seen,i will not stay at a place(hotel or bnb) and use there sheets or towels if they used an H.E. washer...disgusting

I thought my last washer was big, this is huge and can fit king size bedding easily

It is a good purchase, for the price-quality ratio. A modern device that does its job very well.

I love this Samsung washer. It's heavy duty and very easy to use.

Like many front loading washers, the washer collects mold unfortunately. Seems to need a self clean cycle too often as well. Otherwise, easy to clean the filter and washes well.

Wish I had this when I lived in my unit. But tenants say it’s good and efficient so glad it’s a good product.

Extremely Disappointed – Misleading Description and Poor Customer Service I recently purchased an open-box gas dryer listed in "excellent condition" from Best Buy for my business. I rely on a dryer daily, so I drove 70 miles to pick it up. Before finalizing the purchase, I confirmed with the in-store team that the unit was in excellent working order — they assured me it was. When I got home, I noticed that the dryer was missing the original (or even suitable) packaging, which was clearly promised online. Still, I proceeded to install it — and the moment I turned it on, it began making loud, disturbing noises. So much for "excellent condition." I called the store immediately and was transferred to the support team. I explained everything in detail. The only solutions offered were either returning the item (and somehow surviving without a dryer for several more days) or waiting 5+ days for a technician to show up. I requested to speak with a supervisor — her name was Rachel — but she was just as unhelpful and dismissive. When I asked to speak directly with the store manager, I was told — unbelievably — that the store doesn’t have a phone number, and that if I wanted to speak to someone in charge, I’d have to drive another 70 miles back to the store. Seriously? In the end, I had no choice but to hire a technician out of pocket to repair the dryer — an expense and headache I should never have had to deal with. This experience was unacceptable from start to finish. Best Buy's “open-box in excellent condition” listing was completely misleading, and their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. I expected far better from a major retailer. I will think twice before ever making a large purchase from Best Buy again.

We needed a new washer and decided on this model. It's been a whole year and 3 months and, its amazing! No issues and we really use the heck out of it. I totally recommend it to anybody.

Washer works great no issues, had to replace the other one because the bearings went out as well as the drum. Great buy for a great price

Owned about one month. I'm going to write the review later for a more objective evaluation, but Best buy push me to do it. So far so good, very quiet, love it.
