Very bad delivery service

The delivery crew scratched up both the washer and dryer pretty badly, which was frustrating to see on brand new appliances. On top of that, they didn’t even bother to hook up the dryer, and the washer installation was done so poorly that it started leaking because they didn’t tighten the connections properly. I expected a smooth, professional experience, but this was the opposite. Now, I’m stuck dealing with damage and leaks that could’ve been avoided if they had taken the time to do it right. Really disappointed with how this turned out.

It’s quiet, easy to use and Has more options/settings than I know what do with. For the price, it was a great value. Loge is how I will judge and they will (hopefully) take a while.
