Best Buy was great for their customer service and install. They showed up on time, with text and app updates, and were able to hail away my old dryer and install the new dryer (including stacking). Great experience.

Best quality of samsung brand..not loud and running smooth

I've had it for almost a year now. This product has been very good. My wife loves it. Very quiet, does the job perfectly.

Pro: Price is really worth it. And it doesn’t make so much noise like the washers I have used in past. Con: Maybe I don’t know how to operate its spinning function yet, but sometimes when it is set to spin for 11mins, it appears to be done in approximately 5mins

I love the washer, it's very nice. It is quiet until the spin cycle when it becomes a bit loud. I am disappointed that Best buy is not accurate in their description. It says that a drainage hose is needed and not included so I purchased new fill hoses only to be told when they delivered that it had a drain hose not fill hoses and they couldn't connect it. Very disappointed. Best buy, do better.

The dryer is great so far! It’s been a few weeks since Best Buy came out to install. It gets our clothes really dry and it’s super quiet - I was really surprised! Real nice, sheek design too!

I bought both the washer and dryer in this set, and I couldn't be happier, I only slightly regret not paying for installation, but we were able to get them in place, stacked up and working with little issue.

Love it does the job and it's quiet. Has many options. Putting large loads, blankets, quilts, etc., gets it all nice and dry. Very happy. I got the set.

My new Samsung Dryer just arrived. The team that installed it was lovely and informative. I am excited to start saving money on my gas bill as my old dryer was inefficient and well old. Thank you Best Buy team for taking away my old dryer and installing my new one without doing damage to my home and showing up on time was a huge plus too. Thank you again! As I haven't had a chance to use the item yet, I can't really comment on it's ease of use, but the return policy is good for 15 days which seems like more than enough time to let Best Buy know my concerns if any.

The washing machine is pretty awesome. Quiet and very convenient does its job and we love it. Specially, in black.
