This is a great dryer, I bought the pair and stacking kit. I found a youtube video of someone not installing it right, allowing us to see how to do it right. This has many features such as steam that I haven't even used yet. It works great and my only issue is the fact that it isn't completely smart as I was told it was. This requires a smart things adapter to connect to wifi and functionality is limited to seeing the drying time left.

Beautiful, quiet and efficient. Delivery drivers were both professional and had the product hooked up quickly.

Bought these washers as an upgrade from my top loaders. Love these washers. So quiet and so efficient. You don't even hear them running! Hate the dark doors though!

I’m giving this an “average” review due to the broken piece after about 1 month of use already. The overall features, steam option and overall look of this dryer definitely make this unit unique, but for what you pay for you expect a little more out of the quality of what the actual machine is made out of and the longevity of the unit lasting you. Of course it was a plastic piece that broke initially and when I called to get service support from a Best Buy member with my paid for Geek Squad protection, he explained to me it would be “months” before someone could come out to replace this small part broken and could not even give me a definitive date. Fortunately it is still within the year protection plan with Samsung but still unfortunate to have to wait so long on what seems to be a simple repair on something I had just purchased and had installed. Wouldn’t recommend the Samsung app on this unit either, ‘Smart’ capabilities are not actually included but have to be bought as something that is installed / clicked in on the front of the unit. I won’t be buying from Best Buy after this experience mainly due to the poor customer service and wait times AND delivery times. First Samsung product bought and I am not the biggest fan.

Units exceed expectations. Units handle multiple sized loads with ease. Units looks nice and are easy to keep clean.

This machine is very efficient in getting clothes dries even in the Quick Dry cycle. It's really quiet and easy to clean the lint trap.

Have had this dryer and the matching washer for LESS THAN 1 MONTH. 2 weeks of that month, we were on vacation, so it was getting very light use. Today, when doing loads, water is pouring out front of machine. Contact Best Buy support chat, they start telling me all the parts that may have failed and need to be replaced. We've had them under one month, so I check the return policy. Says clearly online 'Return up to 9/11' today is only 9/3. So I get connected to Geek Squad support by phone and they tell me 'oh no, you only had 15 days to return.' Options? She could send someone out to repair (my cost). I ask if it is too late to add the Geek Squad service protection, she says 'oh yes, you would have needed to get that at time of purchase!'... last option... she asks 'you want me to connect you to Samsung.. it is under 1 year manufacturer warranty.' Sure... then she straight transfers me to Samsung voice recording saying Samsung M-F business hours. UNBELIEVABLE.. never, ever again Best Buy.. cancelling that laptop order too!!!

This dryer has every cycle option and I have tested almost everyone since I bought the machine a week ago. It is clean/futuristic looking with clear choices for steam, delicates, wool, perm press, and normal settings. The only option this dryer does not include is the dryer rack and I have no need for that feature. Especially happy about eco cycles and quick drying times. Extremely satisfied.

FINALLY - a dryer that works! Great cycles, easy to use, and the clothes are actually dry when the cycle is completed! It's also beautiful as well as functional. Love the "eco" cycles, and also the Quick Dry feature. Definitely worth the money - and the installation guys were fantastic!

Wonderful dryer- extremely efficient and quiet. Towels and heavy loads are dry in a flash.
