I've never before had a dryer for which I *needed* to read the manual. This dryer is quite an upgrade from anything I've used in the past. Mostly, I use the "delicates" and "heavy duty" cycles. The "anti-static" setting really does work. The "wrinkle prevent" setting gives you an additional two hours of occasional tossing about within the drum, to allow you to get your clothes out when (not "if") you can't hear the chime when the cycle ended. Note: For those who are not hard-of-hearing, the chime is long and annoying, so you may want to turn the chime off. Oddly, you'll need to click the "sound" button to accomplish this. The moisture "sensor dry" cycles do seem to add or subtract from the initial estimate of cycle time, based on whether your clothes are in fact dry. This is good, but sometimes confusing; twenty minutes after the timer said, say, 9 minutes remaining, I may find that the timer is now saying that it'll be another 12 minutes. This is a feature, not a bug. The "bedding" cycle does a good job of making sure that your sheets and blankets are dry. However, the "anti-static" option is not available for this cycle, despite the fact that bedding is *more* likely to generate static. So you'll still need fabric-softener sheets, unless you use a different cycle for your bedding. Complaints: 1. The configuration of the door: When you've got a big load in the dryer, you want to put your laundry basket in front of the dryer in order to catch anything that flops or tumbles out when you open the door. Laundry baskets are all pretty much the same height. So why does this door extend just low enough that the basket won't fit? 2. The lint filter: You'll want to Google how to open the filter for cleaning. The manual doesn't explain it and, even with video instructions, it's still a pain in the hindquarters. And the lint "sensor" doesn't seem to sense much; you'll have to remind yourself to clean the filter before it reaches fire-hazard status.

Where was this a few years ago. It's fast easy and my clothes come out great.

This is a quality steam dryer with some decent bells and whistle‘s. It’s a little bit louder than what the sales rep made it sound like it was. The smart technology is useless unless you purchase the additional smart add-ons. However, the steam settings work great and it’s easy to use.

Great Dyer. Super easy to use. A bit hard to take the lint out but other then that it’s great!

i have had an electric dryer for years and this one drys faster then i have ever had one dry. and its quiet! love that. only down fall is how easily scratched the front plastic door is and that the dryer vent is cheap and already broke, its actually a pain to try to open. its very difficult. thats the only issue. even placing it back inside the dryer causes it to get stuck before its all the way down, we did have an issue that a sweater zipper got stuck in it and was ripped off. prolly a freak think but that was irritating that a $70 nike sweater is now zipper less.

I have multiple homes. All my homes are Samsung packed. I came up to Samsung is the worst electronics company. My Galaxy 23 5G is buffering any time when gets into a 5G network and gets back to good service when 4G kicks back in. I travel all over US and i know what I'm talking about. Pennsylvania is full 5G and i have poor service all over. TVs in my homes , some of them have the possibility to update the software some don't. Washer and dryers are a big joke, after 3 years of using them like twice a month for 2 adults , the washers need the door to be smashed and the dryers quit working. The electric ovens came apart in small pieces due to heat, because of the poor materials used. I have to replace my all electronics in my homes after 3 years of using those moving between 2 homes. I am so disappointed of Samsung! I'm moving to American products. As can be seen in the pictures, the dryer pulley is melted, the idler pulley was stuck and melted bushings. I have the same issues for all Samsung electronics in my both homes, i didn't want to come up with a bad review, but when things happened for me in the second home, i snapped...

Simple controls sleek design and easy to use. Love the stainless steel drum and interior light. Very quiet when running.

FINALLY - a dryer that works! Great cycles, easy to use, and the clothes are actually dry when the cycle is completed! It's also beautiful as well as functional. Love the "eco" cycles, and also the Quick Dry feature. Definitely worth the money - and the installation guys were fantastic!

Replaced an old Kenmare elite washer and dryer set as the dryer had stopped drying cloths properly. Already had other Samsung appliances so thought we would try the Samsung washer and dryer. They work very well and have more options than we will probably use. I feel that they work more efficiently and quieter than the old one ever were.

First time purchasing a dryer and I feel like I made a great choice. All the options it has large-capacity. Just wish that the sun's modes for a little bit less sensitive, sensor mode tends to turn off a hair before close is actually fully dry nothing an extra 10 minutes in timed dry can't fix
