So far I love it. It’s quiet and It has done a great job so far. It’s also made life so much easier not having to go to a laundry. Would recommend!

This dryer is big and its fits king size comforters easily and the sensored dryer works good for most of them but for some wool ones the sensor for the dryer seems to be a bit off as we should again turn the dryer for a few minutes ... it would have been much better if it had the shoe rack

This is an amazing looking dryer with a ton of extra features. After the socal gas rebate, this dryer came out to be the same price as other dryers that have less than half the bells and whistles. Not to mention, this is a beautiful dryer.

I have always had a the distinction that all dryers were the same. Not the case with my new Samsung dryer. It is quick, quite, and easy to use. Sure at first it seam that it was not what I expected but after I decided to read the manual it became a breeze. I love my dryer.

As a designer and a builder, this is the 4th time I'm using this Dryer for my project and clients like it. Haven't had any issues and works great and looks amazing - lots of features! Thank you, Samsung

This dryer is quiet and so smart!! It will adjust the timing if it senses that it needs less time to dry your load so it will save you money! I love the sleekness of the design and overall very happy with my purchase!

I've had this dryer 4 years almost to the day, and had to pay to repair it already because the idler pulley was wearing and one of the rollers was shot and seized on the axle. Fortunately not an incredibly spendy repair, but frustrating after so short a time. As to the rest of its actual utility, the dryer functions well, but the steam function is almost worthless - either you soak your dry clean clothes (defeats the purpose, could run the clothes) or you have to put wet clothes in there because all it's really doing is detecting steam (not steam treating them) so it will just shut off. I would have spent less to not get this feature...

It's elegant, simple to use, and sturdy. It seriously looked way to complicated to use at first but after the 2nd whirl, so simple.

I purchased the Samsung washer and dryer more than a month ago. The technology is all new to me but very easy to use. I have not had any problems or concerns with the dryer. The steam option is wonderful!

I wanted to buy a gas dryer for my family for years. Finally I got this one.Affordable price and nice features. My house wife's loves it. They delivered the items on that day as they promised and installed by a professional(Mr.Gary). Everything was smooth, no problem at all.Thanks.

This is good dryer and we are very happy with it so far.

It holds a TON of stuff and love the stainless steel drum. tons of features and works very well. A bit disappointed with the steam function as a few things went in dry and came out damp...wrinkles gone, but then a bit damp.

The sensor dry doesn’t allow for some heavier material to completely dry. So I have to set the timed cycle.

This has been an awesome purchase. These machines get the clothes so clean and are quiet too. I love the different cycles including steam and sanitize.

Well I had some high hopes, it looks great beautiful design. Nice front control panel but is a bit complicated, if you select one button it counters a time choice and redoes your time option. The biggest problem is the weird fuzz around the inside lip of this dryer and how tons of fuzz stays on my clothing it seems it either is exuding from the felt / furry inside rim of the dryer. The goal of buying an expensive high end dryer is to be user friendly, dry your clothes efficiently and removing all the excess shedding and fuzzy stuff that is all over our clothes. Well, sadly this dryer doesn’t & now according to this website I’m stuck with my purchase that does NOT work well, in fact it’s counter productive putting yet MORE furry stuff all over my clean clothing and linens. No one answers the store numbers and I’m talking to people from different countries not even the US they can’t transfer us to our local stores. This is not a good way to serve customers who spend hard earned money on items they need to have in their home and if they don’t work well or have issues you don’t stand by your products and don’t even come to the phone to provide us a resolution. This is not a good business model long term.
