    Everything about this sale was great...except for one thing. We bought a new gas dryer to go with the new washer we bought earlier. At the time we bought the dryer we wanted one to match our washer. The associate helping us told us that our purchases did not come in pairs so we bought a stackable dryer that was at least the same color. Later in looking on line we discovered that our washer and dryer DO come in pairs! So now we have mismatched appliances. Looking at that every day now reminds us of two things. We have gone from absolute fans of Best Buy and TotalTech to realizing that we need to be much more cautious and we need to comparison shop to avoid another incident like this one. We also know we were far too trusting of the knowledge and expertise of Best Buy associates.
