And when it finishes and the signal sounds I again (every time) need to run the dryer on Timed Dry for 10-20 more min. to actually get them dry as they’re still slightly damp. That shouldn’t be...

Posted .Hi there Kilmer1236, I see that you are having some concerns with your Samsung Dryer not drying your clothes properly and understand that can be an inconvenience. That is why I would like to offer you some assistance. When you are using any sensor dry cycles, you will want the materials to be alike and of the same size. A sock will dry faster than a large pair of jeans causing the sensor to sense that the load is dry. I have some additional information, see link below:

We had to pay extra out to the delivery guy and it was kind of shady. We also had to wait an extra week in order to use our dryer which all could have been avoided if the salesperson at the store would have told us or known about this.
