You’ll find yourself constantly checking your load to see if it’s dry and it’s not. So many damp spots even with a small load. You can’t change the time on many of the settings which forces you to choose ‘Timed Dry’ and that only goes up to 1 hour 39 minutes. I’d never buy this again but it’s a pretty color.

I’m going to have to call and get service out . It’s too expensive to have to put clothes to dry twice. Also, it is a smart dryer but I don’t always get the cycle is complete notice that I do always get from the washer.I’d strongly recommend get them extended service agreement.

Bad Appliances

The 1st dryer was damaged and did not work right 2nd dryer was damaged and I refused it. 1st dryer leaked water I thought it was my washer (yes the dryer has water in the steam cycle) Had a service man come paid $175.00 and told the washer was fine. My husband pulled out the washer and dryer and found the water under the dryer. I called Best Buy and was originally told since I was calling on the 16th day (they only have 15 days to return appliance) I couldn't return it. Well they took it back. The 2nd dryer was also damaged and I refused delivery. We have 3 Samsung appliances and all are bad. Will never buy from Best Buy or Samsung again.

I asked the delivery guy to make it a side vent and he said I had to do a return and then reorder a new dryer with a side vent. 2. the installers decided the best way to insert the washer and dryer was to go width and not length. however going the length was better; but their way resulted in scratches on my unit. 3. I read the instructions and it says to calibrate the unit. the installers never mentioned this, nor did they calibrate the unit. all they did was turn it on and said let it run 1 cycle and you can use it. I'm dissatisfied because I didn't get the vent I wanted, the units are scratched, and the installers never calibrated the units before they left.

Please prioritize this order!! You're asking for a review on a product that has been delayed for delivering over more than 4 weeks.

Posted .Hi there kkkk, I see that you are experiencing issues with your Samsung Washer dumping the fabric softener into the machine when you pass the max fill line. I know this must be alarming but our units use gravity to siphon the liquid out. You will not be able to put more than the max amount. See link below:
