    Looks great but doesn’t dry very well

    Looks great, but it takes forever to dry. Even on timed dry it fluctuates with its timer. It does have an echo mode but takes forever to dry clothes. I miss my old dryer where you take clothes out and they were warm from the dryer.

    Bought this gas drier early this year and it's still working as it should be, 9 months later. Its modern design really looks nice. Love the flexdry feature. No complaints whatsoever at this time.

    Not a lot to choose from as majority of washers/dryers not in stock. The washer is ok at best. Didn’t realize it didn’t have “hand wash” cycle. And no way to open and add to a load within first couple minutes of the load. Dryer is terrible. Doesn’t dry stuff all the way and any bedding (sheets, comforters) don’t get dry and end up like a tootsie roll! And we tried one comforter at a time. No luck. Buyers remorse but now stuck with these. LG was so good to us for so long. Darn the luck.

    Samsung Dryer

    It took 4 months to finally get my washer and dryer samsung stackables. After completing about 6 loads they work amazing. They make a loud ring when the load is complete. Extremely happy with my purchase

    Had this dryer now over a year, will not dry anything 100%. Have to run for hours and keep running to get towels kind of dry. Love Samsung products, this there is an issue with mine

    Purchase dryer & it stopped working at month 13

    Bought this dryer on Jul 31 2019. It started making a rattling noise when running today- Sep 2, 2020. I contacted Best Buy & waited 20 min to chat with a rep. I was told it's out of warranty after I confirmed my email, phone, name etc, Then the rep ended the chat without any offer to assist or help me schedule service. I'm not happy that the dryer promptly had a problem right after the warranty expired. Don't major appliances work beyond 13 months??????? I would not recommend this dryer.

    Do not purchase this dishwasher

    This dishwasher worked ok for the first couple of years (we purchased in 2018), the dishes were never dry. The last two years, we've had the Geek Squad out to fix it 5 times for everything from the motor breaking to the dishwasher not draining and then re-installed incorrectly. The warranty expired a couple months ago and it rarely runs through the full cycle. The manufacturer warranty expired a year after purchasing the dishwasher. We have had this dishwasher for 3 years and it was over $1200! So frustrated!

    Delivery team was so unprofessional. I ended up having gas leakage with the kid at home and took more than 48 hour for them to address the issue.

    Ran twice, then failed to generate heat

    Purchased universal hook up kit. Kit was total failure. I head to visit Home Depot and Lowe’s to get gas connected. I paid to get it done on delivery. Total Failure on Best Buy’s part. Then I had to visit plumbers supply to get 90 deg elbows so I could push dryer back. I tested gas supply and it was good so not an issue with house supply. Gas dryer replaced with electric.

    Gas leak after a year. Out of warranty!

    I've had it for just over a year and it has developed a gas leak. Conveniently happened right after the warranty expired. The repair will cost almost as much as a new one but it definitely beats my house blowing up. Stay away!

    We've troubleshooted as much as we could over the months. We've gone through all the support pages but everything continues to come out damp. We have dry our clothes through 2 cycles and still hang them out to dry. Also nothing comes out warm. No idea what is wrong with this thing but we're out of our return/exchange dates. I would love a solution!

    Just throw it in, Never checked to make sure it was working like the washer machine. There was no heat at all, had to have my maintenance man come and look at it for me because Best Buy people couldn't do there job. Mean while I have to pay full price for appliances that weren't properly connected nor installed right. That was item number 2.... let's get to the frig... got to find that one.

    Clothes not Drying Completely!

    Dryer delivered Mar 8th, 2022 on April 1st, 2022 clothes do not dry completely on any sensor settings, after 2 minutes the dryer shuts off, even though the clothes are still damp. Paid $800 for dryer that is not working in less than 30 days. I wish this was an April Fools Day Joke, but it isn’t! Shame on you Samsung!

      If your dryer is heating but the clothes are still damp, your vent is probably blocked. If your dryer has weak heat and runs for a long time, that could also be a blocked vent. And if your dryer ends after only a couple of minutes with soaking wet clothes, your moisture sensors could be dirty. And these are only some of the possible causes. To make sure you're performing the right troubleshooting steps, first determine if your dryer has hot air at all, then we'll guide you through the steps to resolve your issue.
