    ABSOLUTE JUNK!!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! Takes over 6 hours to dry 1 load of clothes! i have called and called for service on it and no one ever shows up! So disappointed in Best Buy -I will never purchase any major appliances through them ever again.

    it's a good dryer while it works... but after 28 months it doesn't work!!! I felt something was burning inside and it smelled bad... Then it doesn't turn... Warranty is only 24 months, so I'm not covered by warranty. so disappointed... :(

    Bad customer service

    The machine itself is fine but Best buy's horrible customer was bad enough to drop the rating all the way to zero. No confirmation phone call, poor coordination with installation contractor, no response to inquiry, didn't call back as promised, I would warn everyone to stay away from ordering from Best buy if installation service is involved.

    This product has not worked since the second day we had it. Called Samsung for service and we are still waiting for them to repair the dryer. I should bring it back for a replacement. This is a very bad problem. Getting tired of waiting.

    Not good . After 1 month of purchase it has problem already. The machine has weird loud noise and has excessive vibration . It hard to get in touch with Samsung service and hopefully they just send a new one or just return it

    Samsung gas dryer- stopped working after 1.5 yrs

    This thing broke in a year and a half, after warranty expired. The service cost is about half its value so i will have to buy another one, definitely from another manufacturer! Very disappointed…

    bought jan. 10 ordered lp gas conversion kit from samsung web site said 3-5 days it would ship no notice of shipment called no answer.e-mailed no answer .17 days later got message it was on national back-order

    For some reason my dyer was hooked up wrong or something because it does not dry my clothes. I have to dry only half a load from the washer and even then 1 hr and 40 min is not enough for a few pieces of clothing.

    Bought this in July and did not get it until October. Store did not inform me of availability and it kept being moved. Outside of that it is a great dryer with a beautiful finish

    The old whirlpool I had in 95 was way better! Samsung doesn't care about covid or inconveniencing the customer they never, call back they have no techs. The dryer stopped working completely!

    Well, so far we’ve had this dryer for less then 3 weeks and have to have a tech out because of no heat. Yes, disappointed.

    I do not like that you have to do a timed dry to use the wrinkle guard. More than 1 time I have had children's waistbands still damp.
