    It works fine overall, but it makes super big noise when switching from rinse to spin.

    only lasted 1 year and a half. Still paying for the appliance and the motor died.

    Both of my set didn't work Washer did work on any other program than short wash

    Product is not working properly. It cycles longer , or shorter than the program. Doesn't stay on when in a drying cycle. Currently trying to get resolution.

    I bought both washer and dryer 3 months back. Washer is okay but dryer shuts off in the mid cycle which is very frustrating and disappointing . Should have done more research.

    money pit

    I have only had this dryer for 3 years and I have already had to replace the motor, tensioner pulley, belt and thermister. Lucky for me I am pretty handy and was able to repair it myself otherwise I would have spent more than the machine costs new. Very hard to find someone who wants to work on one. If you still want to buy it take out the extended warranty, you will need it. I'm guessing all these good reviews were when they first got the machine.

    Awful dryer

    From reading the other reviews- I have to assume this is a defect in just my dryer. I purchased the Samsung top of the line large load washer/dryer set in September. Since day 1 the dryer has taken at least 3 runs to completely dry. Generally longer. I previously had LG, and it was only a recent visit to my dads (who also has the LG) that I realized just how AWFUL my dryer is. There’s no way a brand new dryer should be taking this long to dry. I’m hoping someone can help rectify this- the energy we use just to dry 1 load of laundry is what should be used in a month. I’m so frustrated and disappointed that I didn’t go with the LG- hopefully I will be able to update this once my issue is identified and rectified.

    Buyer beware!

    Purchased this dryer in 2020 and the machine just stopped working last week. Had a service rep come out who said we needed a whole new motor. Cost was $449 to repair. Have reached out to Samsung but the only answer I get is it's out of the warranty. Would not expect a dryers motor to die in 3 years of normal usage. Would not recommend this dryer.

    Our dryer Very fragile, dryer door cracking after 2 weeks, we believe from heat of dryer on a defective door. Samsung support not covering, working through a return via bestbuy.
