It works fine overall, but it makes super big noise when switching from rinse to spin.

Product is not working properly. It cycles longer , or shorter than the program. Doesn't stay on when in a drying cycle. Currently trying to get resolution.

Hi there, I see you are concerned with your cycle times. I can assure you that is normal for sensor cycles. They will change depending on the setting on the cycle. Purchased this dryer in 2020 and the machine just stopped working last week. Had a service rep come out who said we needed a whole new motor. Cost was $449 to repair. Have reached out to Samsung but the only answer I get is it's out of the warranty. Would not expect a dryers motor to die in 3 years of normal usage. Would not recommend this dryer.
