We just had a new baby and the laundry is being done at least two times a day. They are certainly getting used and I think they can handle the use.

Terrible customer service. Any delivery or pickup window is 12 hours, nothing shorter. Tried to deliver a heavily damages washer then could not replace in less than 6 weeks. So canceled the order, and am still waiting for them to pick up the dryer. Just terrible service.

Regret Buying this Dryer
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had nothing but frustration with this Samsung dryer. No matter how small or large the load, the clothes are never fully dry after a cycle. And to make matters worse, the built-in sensors seem to think the job is done-so it won't let you run the dryer again. Even if you wait an hour it still detects the same clothes and shuts off immediately.
