I love the dryer. However, Samsung has not corrected their design flaw as the dryer base does not match up with the pedestal. Three leg posts fit and one does not which makes the dryer unlevel. Installers gave up trying to level it. So I leveled it myself. With the right side back leg too high, I simply turned the right front leveler up until the right side was level. We slid a piece of flooring under the left side and leveled out the dryer. Be sure to check your machine for level. Also the screw in clips will not fit due to the legs not fitting the pedestal slots. Maybe next go round Samsung will get an engineer to design compatible parts. Dryer runs awesome.

It a dryer. it had done what a dryer is suppose to do. It is easy to use and I like all the feature on it. It had dry my laundry better than my old Samsung dryer which was a good dryer.

great product so far. a sensor went out and dealing with the online agents was a pain and slow to set up repairs. But the product itself has been great

Beautifully made. Nice quality, and compared to what I traded up from, they are so so quiet. Sleek colors that would match with any decorative theme! User friendly too! These are big on the heavy side, but they're certainly sturdy.

Im very happy with this dryer but i had some problems with the first one i got that was a floor model that i thought was a great deal but ot was not a working dryer so i called customer service and get them to send me a new box model of the same dryer so a little it more money. It was worth it though they came on the weekend and took the bad one and put the new one in.

I really love this Samsung washer and dryer set. It's so sleek and nice looking. The fact that I can control it from my phone is amazing. I love the steam function on the dryer to knock out wrinkles. There's so many settings to choose from.
