I bought the set almost 1 year ago and I'm still in love with it. Works like a machine should. I am looking to put them on a pedestal due to me being 67 yrs old to make it easier to get into it. Classy set too

Dry time is pretty quick and often times the estimated time is much shorter. As with any machine though with a moisture sensor, if you have a large blanket or sheets drying they tend to ball up and the outside will be dry, but the inside still damp. You have to keep an eye and rerun the cycle as it will shut off if it doesn’t sense anything on the outside of your laundry ball. This can be a little annoying as if you forget and don’t get back to it right away. You could come back to wet laundry. Other than that works well.

I have tried other brands but always return to the Samsung. This is high quality and dries clothes very fast. I would recommend this dryer to anyone in the market for a higher end dryer.

It would be better if the installer explained details when delivered. The items are not as fluffy as I would like nor are my items warm to the touch. I hope this will assist future buyers

This new Samsung dryer is a huge improvement from the LG I purchased. Steam is my favorite feature. It freshens the clothes and removes wrinkles.
