Had to wait over a month to get the dryer. Called representatives many times and no one ever returned the call. Requested that management call several times but management never returned the calls. It took three months to get the washer and dryer. Best Buy charged the account before the washer was even received in January 17,2024. Customer service was very poor. If customers expect timely service and exceptional customer service, I would not recommend Best Buy.

It had a big ol' dent on the top/side. So I watched a youtube video on how to open it. Took the top panel off and banged out the dent. I dont think it would have worked properly had I not done that. The dent was pretty close touching to the drum. Anyways It drys my clothes in 1 cycle. My last dryer which was almost 15 years old took 2 cycles at an hour a piece. I am loving my new dryer and my lower electricity bill!

Also, im not really sure if the Steam function does, but its not what I expected.

Because of the sensor, it auto shuts the dryer off even when the items are not dry!! Technician came out and basically told me there is nothing he can do!! Most of the features on the dryer work off the sensor! So the features I paid for, I can not even use them!! I am only able to use the dryer in 1 of the features which is “time dry”. Waste of money! I could’ve purchased a cheaper dryer with less features if I was going to be stuck with only using 1 feature on the dryer
