So far so good. Still learning all the bells and whistles but it is quiet and faster than my old one.

I recently moved and decided to purchase a new washer and dryer! And my oh my great decision! We went from front load Lg washer and dryer to this! And by all means this is better!! So happy to have gotten these. Make washing laundy fun! Especially being able to us the smart things app!! Just buy them you wont regret the purchase!!

I just purchased this dryer and so far it’s been great. I love that I can use it with the smart things app and get notified when the load is completed. I have not yet tried some of the special cycles like the sanitize options but I love having that available

Quiet, with great choices for our clothes. They are softer and not as wrinkled!

So I actually love the dryer it warms well and takes wrinkles out of clothes however it recently broke down which was disheartening because we only had it for a year . So we are currently waiting on a technician to replace the circuit board fingers crossed that fixes it all .

After using this dryer for about 2 months it developed a scraping noise this week and I reached out to Samsung support to notify them of the problem. They sent a "tech" out to fix the problem and he noticed a small 2 inch dent/mark on the rear right corner that happened during delivery. Although I noticed it when I removed the packing material, I didn't feel it was worth calling best buy to get a replacement as it would not and does not in any way affect the dryer's operation. The tech removed the top panel and front panel to investigate and we both noticed that the drum was only hitting the front side wall of the dryer at a certain spot on rotation and the drum had a slight wobble when rotating. He called Samsung support and sent them a picture of the dent and the area on the dryer where the drum rubs as it passes by. The support rep told him that since the dryer was damaged there would be no repair and the warranty is void. While the top was removed I pointed out that the drum didn't appear to be centered as there is more than an inch in clearance on the left side and less than a quarter inch on the right side where the rubbing occurs. The tech reassembled the dryer and left. Besides the obvious poor customer service, I will say that this is the second Samsung dryer we have owned and the first one lasted 15 years and was still funtioning when we decided to "upgrade" to this new and more expensive model. This dryer is very poorly constructed and it's easy to see that the quality of the parts they use now are inferior to what was used in the past. We will never purchase another Samsung product and we have always looked to them first in any purhase we are going to make. Shame!
