this dryer does everything. Super quiet. I love that the steam has a t-water line connection rather than a water canister that must be filled manually. The gold accent is a nice touch

You can't just buy this dryer by itself, you MUST also get the washing machine, they are the perfect combo for your clothing needs, strong, easy to use, smart-things app helps you control both and it usually dries your cloth on 1 cycle. These are the best machines I have ever own.

Samsung makes amazing products and these fit in that category! Getting them up my stairs was challenging but boy do they work well! The quick steam feature is so nice when you have some clothes that are a little wrinkled, 15 mins and no more wrinkles. A steam dryer is life changing.

I purchased the Samsung bushed black with rosegold washer and dryer. I did not purchase installation because I knew what I needed and how to connect the washer. However, I was truly upset that the dryer did not come with the power cord to plug into the outlet. I did not read anywhere onsite that it would be a separate purchase so I assumed the delivery men left it behind in the boxes. I called customer service , which was not available sunday. I visited the store appliance center, which could not help because it was an online order. However, they also had no knowledge on the power cord or why it was missing. They did try helping by selling me a cord and providing another customer service number that would help on Monday. I was very very extemely upset. I pride myself in knowing and preparing for all that I need, to be ready and get the ball rolling. Needless to say I knew I was not getting any washing done because I didnt have a dryer. I expected to prepare for my work week, for my daughters school week. My daughter went to a different appliance store where they told explained to her what was needed: along with the power cord, a cold water hose for the dryer is required. My daughter installed the power cord to the dryer. I didnt want to try it until I spoke with bestbuy during business hours. I was afraid of warranty issues, and damages. They made right the issue and provided free installation. It took about five days more because they were booked. Same delivery man came inspected our all our hose connections, the power cord connection. My main concern was the power cord. Yes, I was too angry at the time to even try to install the power cord, however, my daughter did say it was easy (She says that about everything). I had him test both washer and dryer, then washed and dried all day. Thank you for letting me vent!

Excellent dryer,easy to set up and drys clothing items very well,We have 2 teens who overload the washer and dryer and this dryer handled those larger loads without additional drying time needed. Love all drying options and very easy to electronics panel. Still have yet to set up wifi connection.

I purchased this Samsung Dryer last year and it has worked very well! It has a great capacity for clothes and it dries very fast. I truly recommend this product if you are looking for a reliable affordable dryer.

The dryer itself is great! Much more efficient and quieter than our 13 year old dryer. The process of getting the dryer delivered and installed was less than stellar. We bought the matching washer and dryer, and upon initial delivery and set up, it was discovered that there was something wrong with the drum in the dryer. So, it was swapped out for a new product. OK. The next dryer gets delivered a few days later. It was not installed as it appears that I missed clicking some crucial button when scheduling to indicate that I had already paid for the installation and they would not install it as it was "not on the invoice." Shout out to the delivery guy for installing the plug for me. I thought "Fine, I can tighten a screw around the vent and level a dryer." As I was I removing all packaging, I discovered a huge dent at the base of the dryer. The frustration is mounting as It's been 5 days with two kids with the flu, and a few trips to the laundromat. I call to explain the situation and another dryer is scheduled to be delivered. However, this time we have to wait 5 or so days to get it! Frustrated is becoming a word that isn't properly describing this situation. But, as I try to be as understanding as possible, I say OK. Fast forward to the day of the deliver (and two more trips to the landromat) and I see the delivery truck pull up. Cool! I thought as this saga can finally get behind us. I watch the delivery people remove most of the packaging, then I see the one walk up to the house. "You're not going to belive this" he says. The 3rd dryer was delivered was damaged as well. Worse than the second dryer, that wasn't installed! Frustrated, not at the deliver people, more the situation, I just let them know to hook up the damaged dryer that was delivered almost a week ago and we will figure something out. In a chat with him, he let me know that Samsung has been notorious for damaged products during shipping or packaging at their factories. Disheartened, I accept it and call customer service to see what can be done regarding this debacle. In the end we ended up with a reimbursement, but it was about 10%. It Kind of felt like a slap in the face, if I'm being honest. We were without laundry for over a week, and had multiple attempts at getting a product we actually paid for. All for a fraction of compensation for the time we waited and accepting a damaged product. The long and short of it, I love the product, but beware of the product you actually recieve.

Great product. I really love the dryer and all the setting it offers. It sometimes makes a wood stretchy sound when drying but still drys. It was open box.

this dryer works as it should. It's very spacious and fits a lot of clothes. I haven't tried the steam portion of it, but everything else works very well and dries as it should.
