They took the old away and installed the new, then showed me the basics. I have 5 small children and a cattle rancher husband so laundry is a big job at our house. This washer dryer set is doing an amazing job so far. Hopefully they last as long as their predecessor, also a Samsung set, 14 years!!

I bought the washer and dryer both at the same time. I You can use it with the Smart Things app on your phone. I receive notifications every time both machines stop. I love this purchase

Because of the sensor, it auto shuts the dryer off even when the items are not dry!! Technician came out and basically told me there is nothing he can do!! Most of the features on the dryer work off the sensor! So the features I paid for, I can not even use them!! I am only able to use the dryer in 1 of the features which is “time dry”. Waste of money! I could’ve purchased a cheaper dryer with less features if I was going to be stuck with only using 1 feature on the dryer
