The smart app features are amazing because it allows you to know when your stuff is done without being near your washer and dryer and also it is not short of any features, there’s everything you need in one product

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I will NEVER purchase another Samsung appliance, and I am saying this with a kitchen full of Samsung appliances, 3 TVs and this Dryer along with its companion washer, as well as an additional set in my basement. We purchased this dryer in November of last year. Two weeks ago, the dryer stopped working. After contacting Best Buy, we were informed the Best Buy warranty expired the DAY BEFORE. It’s unfortunate, because although we purchased the dryer in November, we did not take possession until it was delivered in December, which would have added the needed additional weeks to the one year warranty. We began contacting Samsung a week ago and still have not been provided repair service. Almost every Samsung appliance we have purchased has had issues. I am so disappointed in the quality and service options from both Best Buy and Samsung.

After all, I am 67 years old and this is the very first big appliance I have ever purchased alone!! The dryer does dry my clothes fast & fluffy.

I honestly purchased it because it fits in my laundry perfectly and the look gives an extra upgrade feel. It works great, when I used it for the first time I thought I would have to wait the 1 hour and 15 minutes that reflected in the screen for them to dry but it didn't take that long.

At my 5'3" height I have to stand on a step ladder to work the controls. Unfortunately, I understand that the controls are across the top because the dryer is optional stackable. As for how it works, the options available. I love it!
