I always put my trust in Samsung products, and their customer service being great

I really like this dryer. First of all it looks really nice, I love the colors! It seems to be very efficient. It dried one of our comforters within less than 30 minutes. I haven't tried all the functions yet but I'm really happy so far.

Love the look and how they just do an amazing job. I would definitely recommend this great washer

So far so good. Love the fact that i get a notification on my tv and phone letting me know my load is done and if i want can add another cycle from my phone alone without being in the same room as the machine.

Very good products. Do reccomend looks very nice. If you need this item this is perfect.

Love my dryer! But the only down side is you have to purchase the power cord separately! Was not told when sold this item in-store by the associate. You’d think it would come with it already l, seeing how much the appliances cost.. which I purchased the set! Kinda disappointed in having to purchase it separately and also the hoses for the washer as well!

Beautiful set but what I can say is these last 2 months I've experienced some glitches with the washer machine or it will just stop not spin out the cycle or the dryer doesn't get hot of contact with Samsung support so I'm in the process of working with them also after only two months of use I'm getting a sulfur smell from the drain hose which means it's not draining properly so so far I have to say my experience is neutral I'm willing to give appliances to benefit of the doubt until I work out all the kinks are issues down the road.

Excellent when maintained properly. Not so great when not maintained properly. ROUTINE MAINTENANCE GOES A LONG WAY! Seriously just treat these right and they work amazing.

Stunning unit set. I have had 0 issues with either washer or dryer and would highly recommend them.

I have had my washer and dryer in use for a full week now and it’s absolutely perfect. I had a LG set before and it doesn’t even compare to this Samsung set I got. My clothes smell amazing, feel amazing, and the set is freaking adorable. Love love love.

Awesome unit, make sure you have all the accessories for install.

Beautiful appliance. Works wonderful and very quiet. Many features for drying options. My wife doesn't even own an iron. Clothes come out wrinkle free if you grab them while they are hot.

Our dryer stopped spinning, but remained on not even 3 months after purchasing. I contacted Samsung who uses a 3rd party for repairs. The 3rd party is almost impossible to get a hold of & when they schedule you they tell you all appointments are “tentative”. We’re going on a month later with 3 different scheduling appointments that have all not shown up on the day of said appointments. At this point American Home Service warranty is going to repair this because Samsung can’t/wont step up & do anything besides say it’s out of their hands. So much for standing behind their product. Def do not recommend Samsung.

Not sure about this yet. Love the look. We owned it three weeks and a heating fuse/sensor went out. BB was amazing enough to replace the entire unit. Now when a load has finished and you open the door you hear this knocking noise. Will probably be calling them back. Dries quick and efficient though!

I bought this unit in March of 2023, and until recently it has been great. I try to wait about a year before i write a review, the washer that came with it is great! But, as of last month the dryer has started spinning even when it is turned off. Recently, as in the last week, it has stopped even getting warm. I'm going to try to save it as it is a great dryer when it works. Love the smart technology so it will just alert my phone instead of me waiting to hear it do its little musical number. Great dryer when it works.

Excellent dryer. Allows me to use my smart phone and smart app to keep update on my drying schedule.

Great dryer but be sure to buy the pedestals before buying

Nice Machine, very big and seems powerfulllllll I bough this unit, as a friend (Architect) has been buying them since a long time for his clients, he is very happy !!!

I’m pretty satisfied with this dryer. There are several dryer settings: temperature, dryness, steaming…more than most will use but nice to have options. Like the washer, there’s a chime to notify the cycle is done, but you can turn it on and off.
