Don't purchase through Best Buy

It came dented and I've had three phone calls where they lied about providing a gift card and never sent it. They outsource their customer service.

I can over look the dents etc. but the unit SOUNDS horrible and this outlet needs to start testing the merchandise first

poor heating, timer issues on certain cycles

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.does it look pretty. yes. but that's it. i have NO idea how people are giving this 4 or 5 stars. i have had the set less than 2 months, done 100+ washes and almost every single wash rather it be a small load or large load, it has to be run 2 sometimes 3 times to get dry. and recently on heavy duty and bedding cycles, the timer will count down from 120min to 119min and then skip all way down to 1min. so in total the dryer only stays on for 2minutes on those two settings. this dryer is complete trash. major regret!
