Bought this set after losing my washer and dryer within 3 months of each other. I could not be happier. They are quiet, efficient, and have a great aesthetic. I used the stem refresh and could wear a linen shirt without ironing it, which is spectacular. I do wish there was a little more temp control on some settings. I prefer cold water wash and medium temp, but I think I will feel more comfortable with each setting over time.

My new dryer has exceeded my expectations. It is incredibly efficient, drying clothes much faster than my old model. It is also very quiet, which is a big plus. I am very happy with the purchase and highly recommend it. It makes doing laundry so much easier!

Love all the features especially the SmartThings app. Laundry room is in the basement so getting the notifications and being able to check the status is fantastic. Can tell the difference between laundry washed in the older set and the new.

Dryer is fantastic. I have had it for about 6 months now and I haven't had any issues with it. Pros - Offers multiple modes for whatever your needs are. Also offers wireless connection from Samsung Smart Things, which allows you to view and control it remotely. Lint capture does a fantastic job as well. Cons -I have noticed that you may need to clean the trap out more often due to how well it captures the lint. You will also need to remove the lint trap and vacuum below it. Another fuss is the alarm, feels like it lasts forever. I am sure it can be changed, but I haven't spent the time to resolve it.

I originally picked this set based on the sleek appearance. What I’ve experienced with this set is large capacity, always clean, easy to use, and great functionality. I would replace this with the same.

Great price and easy to use. Love the finish. It has large capacity and several efficient drying. with lint trap monitor. Love it's WFI app for my cell phone.

It did take us some cycles to figure out how to set up the right setting to completely dry our clothes. But once we learned it does a fantastic job.
