Bought this as an open box for 60% off. Had rocky start and Samsung had to send someone in for repair. It so happen that the belt around the drum was displaced probably during transport( not sure). This baby is so quite and we love it. I would recommend it if you have money for a dryer.

Easy to set up and use. Works great. My only complaint was more related to the dryer duct is difficult to arrange and is just cumbersome but I think this is true of any dryer. Otherwise would definitely recommend.

I purchased my dryer as a open box so I was definitely concerned about it but to my surprise its perfect for my family. Easy to use my 5 and 6 year old load and start the dryer by themselves. I don't care for the eco dry setting because my clothes are usually still damp but overall great dryer

I love this dryer! It knows when things are dry or wet, and adjusts the cycles to complete the process properly. It has so many cycles, it is like a video game to me each time I put in a load.

We've had this dryer for a bit over a month now. So far it has been working great and is very easy to use. There was one load we did that was still damp at the end and had to run again but it could have just been a fluke.

Found this model at the Best Buy Outlet. Works fine overall. Love the steam function. I have to use a higher than normal dry setting for many loads to get completely dry. Could also be that I need to check the vent line.

Very happy with purchase. The electric models are very efficient. I know because I purchased a gas and electric unit. Gas units are not allowed for walkin closets.

I love everything about this dryer - it dries & cools each load, the lint basket is easy to empty, and allows you to easily customize drying any load. I haven't experienced any error codes or Wi-Fi related issues. I'm very happy with this purchase.

This is a good dryer. I would have given it a 5 except the lint trap is already breaking and even though it is cleaned before and after every use.m, the lint sticks in the little holes. I even try to use my vacuum to get it out. A brush of some sort is recommended.

Smooth operation and less vibration than the previous purchse

Great dryer so far. I like how it syncs with the washer machine to automatically place the drying cycle on the same cycle as the washer. If you have a Samsung tv, it will also notify you when the cycle is complete.

I expected a great dryer, coming from Samsung. It has not disappointed me yet. It is quiet compared to older dryers we've had. Also it is readily good quality. Quick at drying. I love all the features. It even connects with my phone.

Similar to the matching washer, we moved and liked our first set from Samsung we decided to get them again. The dryer works great and is very quiet and smooth. We do like all of the features and the STEAM.

So far in love! Quiet and dries quickly on the setting I desire.

The set works pretty well. The setup was relatively simple. I havent had any issues so far. I like that it hooks direcyly up to the water line, rather than you having to refill a reservoir for the steam options.
