One of the best dryers I have ever owned. So many settings and you can adjust it over WiFi. Dries fast and has sanitation so you can be free of germs. My favorite dryer ever!!

Easy to use, will definitely buy again from bestbuy and samsung products

I honestly prefer my 11 yo Samsung set over these, unfortunately those stopped working. The washer locks and you can’t open the washer unless you turn the machine back on. It also dings constantly once you open the washer unless you turn it off. The dryer has a light on it that when you leave it open won’t turn off. The pedestals aren’t metal anymore they are a type of plastic. The washer lip also catches my kids socks and are soaking wet when you get them out. The dryer came damaged and Best Buy did a great job reordering and replacing it. Customer service was great. I hope that these last as long as my previous set.

Very happy with our decision to stay with Samsung! We used this unit and matching dryer to replace a 17 y/o Samsung set. The features all work exactly as intended. Also, as ridiculous as this sounds, the wifi connectivity is actually helpful. I can be in the yard doing something else and not have to wait around for the timer.

The Samsung Stackable Smart Dryer lives up to my expectations for a dryer. I love the steam sanitize & refresh, quick dry, air fluff, the sensor drying, and not least the color black is beautiful. I’ve had 2.5 years and no problems at all.

This dryer is an upgrade from my previous dryer. (Same brand, new edition)It was somewhat priced higher than competitors, however; I needed a dryer STAT and this one was in stock. Not satisfied with the results on “more dry” setting.

I own the machine for a month and have not really use the WiFi to it but so far so good.

This is a well built and efficient dryer. The added steam option and energy star compliance really pushed this over the edge as I was choosing a set. The fit and finish are excellent, and the controls are easy to use and understand. There are pre-set drying options as well as the ability to create user defined settings. The dryer will automatically sense when the moisture level in your clothes is sufficiently reduced, and automatically shut off. Operation is whisper quiet, and vibrations are all but nonexistent. One note when buying this, since it is a steam capable dryer, you will need to have a second hose for cold water to run to the dryer. The unit comes with a Y-adapter so you can split your cold water lines, but depending on where your water connection is located you may need a longer than standard hose. The dryer vent is located towards the very bottom of the dryer, so if you have molding in your laundry room or limited space this could be a concern. There are options for tight dryer vent spaces at most hardware stores, and the solution we found for ours has worked wonderfully. Highly recommended!

This unit is user friendly and fairly quiet. Be mindful when loading comforters and blankets for you could burn out the motor.

Compared to our old dryer, this one is quiet and efficient! It has many different settings, and the lint trap is easy to clean. The light inside makes it easy to see small items like socks, when you open the door. My only regret was that I purchased it about a month before it went on a major sale. I love the sleek look, too.
