In my old whirlpool, I could never mix loads and count on it to dry it all (ie towels with clothes), but with the Samsung, even when drying on delicate, all towels and clothes were dry. Still waiting to have time to start using the smart controls, but so far, love this machine!

FYI to any families with littles who like to help with laundry: the lint filter is hinged and is not really easy to open, so you may want to check behind them.
