Had to replace old dryer and this showed just how old our dryer was. When we first started using it our thoughts were this is very complicated but after a couple of loads we relished how easy it was. It’s amazing how far technology has advanced.

Dryer is user friendly pretty straight forward with the settings.

Unfortunately, the dryer was broken upon arrival. We received another unit a week later, and are very happy with the dryer. Steam feature is great to get wrinkles out of clothes. The dryer also has a eco mode to save on your electric bill. We would definitely recommend getting this. The color is great also!

Great dryer, dries super fast, especially when paired with the matching washer(it spins off most of the water before). The door is reversable, however the door on the washer is not, so I don't find this to be a useful feature, unless you stack them. The depth includes the domed door(this is 1-2 inches).

I love this dryer for its ergonomic features. Fingerprint resistant style is attractive. A 12 cycle feature gives many different settings for many kinds of drying loads. The Steam feature was my most wanted feature.

It does what it sais it does. Easy to use. It connectes to Smart things from Samsung and is able to communciate eith Google Assitant. I did not like that installation does allow to push Dryer against the wall so I cannot open the door of Laundry room

The woman that waited on us was patient with us and took more than enough time with us choosing the washer and dryer that fit our needs. She worked with us in the instaltion all the way through the entire sale and seemed very experienced in what she was doing.

Dryer takes a long time to dry. I've run the vent check a few times and it indicates there is a clog in the vent system but the house is a new construction and the line from the dryer to the house duct work is new. Still trying to figure out the issue. Installers damaged the vinyl floors while installing the washer and dryer.

Good job at BestBuy to deliver on time and taking care of installations. The Samsung washing machine and it's maching dryer were exactly what we were looking for. We like the download option which we can use to program for an option that is not available on the dial. Good job Samsung.

I love the steam feature. I have a family of 5 and sometimes you just don’t have time to iron. The steaming helps take out a lot of the wrinkles. I would definitely recommend this particular set. I hope they last for years.

I bought this dryer because it was an energy star appliance, but the eco mode doesn't do a good job drying my clothes. It takes about 50% longer to dry than non-eco mode and heavy/thicker fabric like pants, sweatshirts, and bath towels come out slightly wet. My shirts come out dry when I use eco mode.

I wash almost every day. It's great for families. I took a little to get used to, but the app and wifi work. Being able to put clothes in and then head to work and have it start while I'm working is awesome. When I get home it's ready to go into the dryer. Love it!

User friendly and drys great. Was easy to install.

First new washer in over 20 years. They’ve come along way. The cool thing about having Wi-Fi enabled washer is that it notifies you on your phone when it’s done. That is very helpful when your washer is in the basement and away from where you can hear it.

Best dryer I’ve had. It’s smart and knows what you put in it. Doesn’t over dry and shrink clothes like others because it somehow knows it’s dry and stops the process. Love the cooling feature after drying, no more hot clothes after a quick dry!

Bought to replace 12 year old Samsung. Nothing was wrong just wanted to upgrade and they had a great sale going on. Dryer does more than I will ever use. It is eco friendly and dries clothes quickly. Has a long end of cycle chime, but it can be turned off. Glad we upgraded

drys well and the auto dry sensor is pretty accurate. It has problems with big blankets but understandable. Usually the center of the ball of the blanket will be damp. I learned to go undo the ball about 3/4 through the cycle and I get good results.
